10/1/2005 11:10 | Certainly looking sweeter by the day. Its a pity I still have a larger chunk in URM than COR but that looks to be coming back to a break-even point now. Anyone have a feeling how far COR could go? With Noddy going global and Marple doing so well what of the other properties such as Mr Men, Simenon, Allingham, Crispin, Bolt etc etc.? | spurrier
10/1/2005 07:46 | see the RNS this is a MASSIVE deal for COR and effectively totally opens up the Japanese market which is HUGE and perhaps more importantly with a PREMIER LEAGUE team of partners both on the TV side and licensing/royalty arena. This is nothing less than a coup for management. Hidden away at the end is a nice trading statement confirming business in 2004 has been good in all area's and reiterating the success of Marple at Xmas. 2005 IMHO will be the year that COR delivers big-time Ginger Beers all round please regards Dave | sweenoid
09/1/2005 14:05 | also viewing figs for 1st Marple episode on ITV-very good 8.53million making it the 8th on the top 10 across all networks for the week ending Dec12th :-) 2nd series almost inevitable and IMHO the series will sell well across the world regards Dave | sweenoid

The interactive device, set to be launched by next summer, will be used in conjunction with a DVD. It will feature footage from the likes of Noddy along with BBC children's favourites Andy Pandy, Balamory, Bill And Ben, Fimbles, Little Robots, Teletubbies and Tweenies. Announcing interim results, Bright Things' boss Dominic Wheatley said: "We have made good progress through the first six months. "We are on target to have our console on sale by late spring or early summer." The company has just snapped up the interactive rights to Postman Pat and Little Red Tractor. The deal was done with media group Entertainment Rights. "They are a terrific addition to our portfolio of much-loved children's characters," said Wheatley. | maut too |
