An announcement about the buyer should therefore be due imminently, perhaps even during the trading day today.

A ten million share buy is certainly a ringing vote of confidence in the company, and its value.

329,881,614 shares in issue x 3% = 9,896,448 which is less than 10m. So a holder WOULD have to declare.

Actually it's just under the 3% mark, so if it's an initial buy the holder won't have to declare it.

Until/if they go over 3%.

Back test of 2p is fine, with weekend update and possible news next week technically good to have dealt with 2p. May be a strong close this afternoon but personally not remotely interested in jumping off this train yet.

Yes will be down or sideways until the warrants clear. Do think we should get a TR1 the volume recently can't have just been PIs.

Imo this is what is holding us back

Expect to see warrant RNS coming weeks . They can only be converted while above 2p!

Unfiltered a few to check out the lie of the land. All very interesting bear posts. I am now 100% up from when we last talked properly with all the same points made then. CRCL’s move is all entirely predictable along with the remaining run CRCL has ahead of it as news develops. We have had no news to get us to this point! What are you guys here for? Investing is a game and the market/chart is your judge. It judges harshly your posts. If I miss tracking your posts please feel free to PM me any other stocks your feel this bearish on. 😂

Keeping the filters off as you are decent poster by the looks of your comments and with the market validating my views on the direction of travel here I feel less concerned about such incessant and miss guided posting putting me off my goals. There is no way that can be a sell. It has to be a buy. When could you get 2.26 for 10m? never.. not with normal day to day buys and sells going on.

Nice trade. An RNS in the morning would be nice 10m is over the 3% notification threshold. It would be excellent if we have a new cornerstone investor

I wouldn't be certain that the 10M is a buy, it could be a sell worked over a couple of days, perhaps related to the 8M warrant issue. Nevertheless even if a sell, someone has bought them on the other side of the equation - they're all 'in the price' now...
