There might've been a wardens meeting today. One was certainly scheduled. The same meeting has been twice scheduled before, but was cancelled on both occasions due to Covid-19 restrictions. The virus is causing problems around Port Moresby and less so further in country. PNG has notched up 71 deaths - not many in UK terms - but a lot for a poor country with a small health service. I do not think RMI has ever announced a cancellation previously and only mentions them in quarterly reports. If the meeting is cancelled it might take months to find out officially. No guarantees. Be careful.

It certainly is Mark - the fun is only just starting here.

The world's next huge energy business will be energy storage, which is essential for renewable energy efficiency.

Indeed Tesla has just been upgraded due to energy storage:

"Canaccord Genuity upgrades Tesla to buy and raises price target to $1,071 on battery innovation

PUBLISHED MON, APR 12 20217:38 AM EDTUPDATED MON, APR 12 20214:02 PM EDT

Maggie Fitzgerald @MKMFITZGERALD

Canaccord Genuity is bullish on Tesla’s battery storage business, which it says warrants the company’s rich valuation.

The Wall Street firm upgraded shares of the electric car maker from buy to hold, sending the stock up 3.7% on Monday.

Canaccord also hiked its 12-month price target on Tesla to $1,071 per share from $419 per share. The new target implies a nearly 60% rally for Tesla, based on Friday’s closing price of about $677 per share. ..."

HH, amazing how people just look at the recent share price rise in isolation, I set my own expectations before the fun starts and stick to that. IMHO still very very cheap for the valuation inflection points possible.

Mast Energy Developments (MAST) is currently 15.75p, market cap. £29.7M.

CRCL's is about a quarter of that, even after its recent rise!

"We will see big days ahead. It will take just one of the following to do a 100% day.
1. Burwell Land Lease Signed. This has to be done by June or the grid connection expires. The land owner has a 25yr lease on the table from Corcel for a bit of land that is otherwise useless. Both need the deal and it will be done. The land is just changing ownership at present and the lease will be completed when that is done.
2. WoWo Gap. There is a Wardens Meeting TODAY on this. If it is positive then I see Corcel doing a deal to take over the project for the A$4.7m it is owed by the current holder. This has an independent valuation of up to A$600m
3. Mambare : We are awaiting an environmental permit and then a 20 yr Production Lease. This project once had a market cap of £40m and this will come back with the lease.
It really is a no brainer from here for those with a little patience."

Thanks for that excellent summary RM.

If all three in succession each causes the share price to double, that will add up to an eight-bagging.

I love the fools idea that the company will not need to raise cash (as in another cash raise) because the company receives 1.6p for every warrant exercised. So by selling warrants/shares at 1.6p it is better than having a cash raise at 2.35p, the current share price, where a 20% discount is still 1.9p. Be careful.

Take your pick!

There have been five cash raises since December 2019. Three of these cash raises have issued warrants at 1.6p.

7th April 2020: 29,375,000 at 1.6p

19th June 2020: 21,000,000 at 1.6p

26th October 2020: 37,500,000 at 1.6p

You guess where those exercised today come from. The total in those three cash raises is 87,875,000 warrants at 1.6p. Be careful.
