A number of projects - tick
Exactly where is the cash coming from to get these 4-5 projects off the ground ?

Institutional investors?
Private investor?
How is the resource going to be financed out of the ground?

Anybody answer these questions, in case I missed anything here.

What is the operational cost going to be?
Is infrastructure for these mining projects already there, if not what is the set up costs?

The land owner has nothing without the grid connection, corcel has nothing without the lease.

They need each other.

from what I have found out are buying the land from the current owner and will then lease the land to Corcel. The current owner is retiring and selling up. It has to be completed before june as the connection to the grid expires. It will be done as if not everyone loses a lot of money!

But I may be wrong so maybe holders could ask the company?

mms seem determined to shake all day today after the 25% rise yesterday. I am not concerned. The Market cap is 5x undervalued and it will come eventually. Just need any 1 of the following for it to set off again.

1. Mambare Environmental Permit or 20 yr Production Lease.
2. WoWo Gap Aquisition for A$4.7m debt position settlement.
3. Burwell Lease Signed and Shovel Ready Status (has to happen by June).
4. Dempster Vanadium Drilling Programme.
5. New Battery Project Announcement.

MAST is enjoying a healthy aftermarket: the IPO was at 12.5p, and the current share price is 14.75p, a nice 18% premium.

Perhaps we should re-run the CRCL-MAST comparison to reflect this valuation uplift!

Coming up to time for the action to start on the WoWo Gap acquisition imo.

From Resource Mining Corporation :

the Company received advice that a WCH is scheduled for 15 April 2021, subject to COVID-19 regulations......

Once the licence is renewed then Corcel will do a deal to take over WoWo in consideration of the A$4.6m debt position we hold.

WoWo Gap has an independent project valuation of A$168 million.
