10/3/2022 08:50 | Wibble, wibble and wibble some more if it makes you wibblers feel better. This thread will be a case study for university students in the coming years. Q12 Their wibbling sounded so intelligent but why did the stock then go from 1.5p to 25p. What did they get so wrong? 9 points, please include charts to help illustrate your findings. | mark10101
10/3/2022 08:44 | 1) What prudent developer (or analyst) would trumpet project economics based on what will prove to be a short/medium term commodities spike ? 2) Where will the development funds come from ? | lurker5
10/3/2022 07:49 | Not just peakers though - see the RNS just released. | arlington chetwynd talbott
08/3/2022 21:09 | I see our Align chump is at it again. "£5m gross revenues for Avonmouth wih no associated increase in costs" Yes - up to a very limited point. £1.6m capacity payment incurs no direct cost. But additional £3.4m assumed/hoped from offtake/trading will bear operating costs and gas price - maybe 50% margin. But our chump has nothing for capital and funding costs. Kaintz let slip in the video they want £55m (for two sites ? - which will represent 75/80% of total capex of c £35m for Avonmouth. So after tax irr, even if trading is successful will be c4.5% before cost of repaying funding which will be $4.1m pa (11.7% irr) over 10 years. They're going to need substantial extra revenue for any hope of getting funding. And as for the other 20-25% ? They'll get a small free carry (so as to get ' a chunk' - as Kaintz said - of the peakers). But where will the rest come from ? Guess. Oh - and bythe way. The NGESO sets its rules and expectations to give peakers a r'eturm' on capital in the low teens. | lurker5
05/3/2022 21:50 | Fair enough. | arlington chetwynd talbott
05/3/2022 20:51 | Its not so much CRCL (although it is complicit). Its Align deserves the loss its going to make here. | lurker5
05/3/2022 14:38 | Good analysis with good points that are well made. Real causes for concern if CRCL was sitting at, say, 10p or even a bit less, but no one, particularly the market, seems to be buying the Align valuation and the share price already seems to reflect most of the nuances/complexities | arlington chetwynd talbott
03/3/2022 17:16 | Thanks, plenty to get my teeth into there. | arlington chetwynd talbott
02/3/2022 12:28 | Oink! Oink! Anyone? Was there a tweet highlighting the options giveaway in the RNS sneaked in at 6.21pm on Monday? The second of the day. The first concerned the conversion of debt for shares to C4 Energy. Parsons company. Along with Marco Fumagalli! Why was the conversion of cash for shares RNS and the options giveaway RNS not amalgamated? Would it not save money? It was only one week previous that the company raised cash so wouldn't that be prudent? Or did the company feel that there is only so much shareholders will accept in one go? If the 20,606,278 options were bought at the 1.3p prevailing share price on Monday they would cost £267,881. A nice little giveaway. Value creation, for some. Not for shareholders. Be careful. | helpfull

01/3/2022 14:10 | I was asking you for the Align CRCL revenue projections that you referred to (“Align's per share projections are wrong on two fronts”). Presumably these projections are not on the MAST BB but in an Align note that you have quoted on here at some point. I just want to see them for myself. You could tell me the date of the note and I could then to try to track them down that way, I guess, but I am sure it would only be the work of a minute for you to re-post them. | arlington chetwynd talbott
01/3/2022 12:02 | The next tweet will be the location of Papua New Guinea. Which should help the NON binding non memorandum of non understanding. | kemche
01/3/2022 11:12 | Oink! Oink! Anyone? Interesting tweet from Corcel today. Apparently, WoWo Gap is "160km East of Port Moresby in South-eastern Papua New Guinea". I'm not too sure where it was last week. I wonder if the company will tweet that they have filled the trough for the BOD at 6.21pm last evening? Perhaps shareholders would be more interested in that? And why options are awarded to people who receive bonuses as well. Is a bonus not an incentive? And they could inform shareholders why the share price has fallen from 3.25p to 1.3p since this management team took over and why there are four times the number of shares in issue? They like to tweet. For themselves, not shareholders. Be careful. | helpfull
01/3/2022 10:59 | ACT. Look on he MAST 'rapidly growing --- board. Its only 253 post long - easy to scroll through for my posts starting 16 0n. Its all there. Otherwise I have a comprehensive note too long to post on here and only relates to MAST anyway | lurker5
01/3/2022 09:03 | Oink! Oink! Anyone? Of course, there are sound financial reasons why the BOD need to be given free options as an incentive. Otherwise Corcel will lose their talents to another company. They might upsticks and go and work for a competitor like Coro Energy or Ascent Resources or Echo Energy or C4 Energy or Sound Energy (oops!) or Curzon Energy or Red Rock Resources or the House of Lords. You don't know what you've got until it's gone. Be careful. | helpfull
28/2/2022 20:23 | They are confident that if they say there might be a mining lease in the next three years the mug punter will be taken in. Be careful. | helpfull
28/2/2022 19:19 | They are confident of Mining License... woooosh Good news | bambos22
28/2/2022 19:01 | Oink! Oink! Anyone? That's the level of contempt Scottie and Parsons have for shareholders. A second RNS just before 6.30pm close. Hoping nobody will notice. That trough must be creaking with all those snouts fighting for the biggest share. Parsons second portion of the day (he is not a rich man). Scottie "well if he's doing it why not me"? And lordy, lordy as well. Who'd have thunk it? Scottie and Parsons receive £35,000+ remuneration every month (in reality probably much higher) which includes bonuses. So options are even more gravy. Expect much more of the same to come. What about shareholders? Who cares? These options come one week after the company needed to raise cash and increased debt. The directors will be already planning their next beano. Be careful. | helpfull
28/2/2022 15:11 | Can you not just give me a post number for the Align projections that you are referring to? Or just post them again? | arlington chetwynd talbott
28/2/2022 13:27 | Just to confirm that Southport is not on the sanctions list which should attract some investors. | kemche
28/2/2022 11:13 | Oink! Oink! Anyone? "C4 Energy Limited (the "C4"), a company controlled by the Chairman, has agreed to convert £128,586 of outstanding debt and interest obligations, resulting in the issuance of 8,572,400 new ordinary shares locked up for 18 months" Neither Corcel or C4 Energy have stated how much was paid for the debt. It might have been £2. Corcel never paid full whack for the RMI debt. Was it a 40% discount? Anywho, the debt has been converted and I suspect it is a nice little earner for all those involved. Who is involved? Well Parsons gets a quarter of the converted shares or 2,143,100 new shares. He is a director and shareholder of C4 Energy. And Corcel and Coro Energy and Echo Energy and Ascent Resources. Did he used to be involved at Sound Energy? What happened there? Marco Fumagalli is also a director and shareholder of C4 Energy. Will he get 2,143,100 shares or a quarter of the new shares? Where have I heard the name before? Is he a director of Echo Energy, Coro Energy, Sound Energy and SourceBio? Some of those companies sound familiar. Who else is involved there? Andrew Dennan is a C4 Energy shareholder. I wonder if he gets 2,143,100 shares as well. Is he a director of Coro Energy and Ascent Resources? Is he still a director of Nuog? Jay Bhattacherjee is a C4 Energy shareholder. Does he get 2,143,100 shares as well? Is he still a director of Nuog? Hard to know what is going on there. Nuog shares have been suspended for a while. All these people appear to be "Masters of the Universe". The results of the companies they are involved with all speak for themselves. After all the kerfuffle, there will be 400,560,001 Corcel share in issue. Up from about 87,000,000 when Parsons joined the board in December 2019. The share price was 3.25p. What is it now? Four times as many shares and the share price divided by three. What has happened to shareholder value? Who has lost out? Who has gained? Another month. Another £35,000+ remuneration for Scottie and Parsons. Be careful. | helpfull
28/2/2022 10:40 | ACT If you read back on here and on Mast - you'll see my workings | lurker5
27/2/2022 21:54 | I doubt it. But with our MCAP we will get plenty of bang for the bucks that do come our way. | arlington chetwynd talbott |
