It would seem Scottie has morphed into Alan Bennett with his nine talking head soliloquies on Twitter. I think in the ninth he will appear with a begging bowl. Not much can be going on here. As usual. Still, Scottie and Parsons will be taking their £25,000 remuneration this month. But funding has ceased. Where or who will the money come from? Be careful.

Scottie and Parsons munched their way through £25,000 per month in remuneration in the last financial year. It will likely be as much this year, if not more. The £500,000 Loan Note Facility provided £100,000 for each of these past 5 months. The funding has now ended. The hope would be the debt could be repaid by warrant exercise at a price of £0.02 strike price, expiring on 31 December 2021. The share price is going the wrong way. There appears little chance of any news at present to stir the share price. Unless shareholders start to get excited by incessant tweets about car makers producing cars and the unchanging distance between WoWo Gap and Port Moresby.

The problem arrives at the end of next April when £500,000 has to be repaid (+8%). And the company would need another £500,000 to refill the trough. £1,000,000 to be found. Of course any funding would need to be well before the end of April. And there is one thing this management excels at, placing shares to the detriment of sharehoders. Lordy! Lordy! Lordy! Be careful.

We believe Corcel is highly undervalued. With the shares sitting at 1.335p our stance remains at Conviction Buy with a target price of 20.03p.

Look at what has been achieved since the new management arrived. The share price has fallen from 3.9p (6 Dec 2019) to below 1.3p. Over £2,500,000 has been raised. That's one half of the current capitalisation. There are now 384,787,601 shares in issue compared to 86,873,352 shares in December 2019. That's 4+ x increase in number of shares.

Who has benefited? Not the shareholders. The share price has fallen by 66%.

What has been achieved? Certainly bagfulls of extensions.

What revenue has been achieved? None.

More of the same to come. Be careful.

I’ll agree with that.Parsons works his recterior off for us shareholders we should all have a whip round and give him an extra Christmas bonus and thank our lucky stars that he’s at the helm of this ship (sic).

I agree re Align - hopeless analysts/analysis based on pie in the sky projections. The other one on a similar level is that Cornford who seems to get everything wrong. Avoid both or do the exact opposite.

Green behind the ears hopefuls over on the other place displaying woeful ignorance about CRCL's power business. Ditto Align Research hasn't realised that the site funders will take away most of whatever cash flow they generate while their build funding is repaid (typically over 8-9 years) MAST too is 4-5 times over valued for the same reason and also because float market cap was manipulated to quadruple shares in issue but without the assets or income to justify 3/4 of them. Align, of course, didn't notice that either. (The worst analyst I've ever come across in over 10 years monitoring all small cap analysts) All explained on the MAST Bb. as for nickel. If it works it will take many years and bucketfuls of shareholders cash raisings before any benefit to the share price. (And yet some are comparing to HZM which now has its ten years' development and diluting share isues almost (but not quite ) behind it. THis is a share to be avoided. Ditto anything from Align which had to be bailed out a few months ago because it had invested in its own 'conviction' recommendations. You've certainly gotta larf !

If you are invested in HZM you are on the wrong thread.
It seems you do not have a very clear understanding of CRCL and need to do some research, until then why are you here.

Status update, Hedge

Is their a mining licence in place for the Nickel assets mentioned?.
Has a PFS study been carried out?
Has a DFS study been carried out?

Exploration and drilling and PFS/DFS studies takes years and many $millions to deliver

Where is Co on this points...these all major de-risking events

from my reading, this CO is all hot air....Co try to take any of these projes on will lead to massive diltution and that is if they can get the funding.

HZM is a class outfit and I am invested there, very rare to find an AIM junior miner actually about to start construction of a major projects and get multi million funding with BIG major lenders and investors.
