Align attempting to rescue yet another of its 'conviction' shares. Ramping its own investment via a so-called 'independent' (but company paid-for) research platform ! Well Well !

"an adjustment mechanism whereby the warrant strike price adjusts downward to reflect any future placing completed at lower than GBP0.015 during the remaining life of the warrants."

What could it possibly mean????

Oink! Oink! Anyone?

A lot of figures in a RNS that secures that £35,000+ a month. That's what really matters. They couldn't be bothered to give an update on Southport, Burwell or Avonmouth or Tring Tring Road. WoWo? Mambare? Shows what really counts.

Be careful.

"The Biden administration has announced that it will make $5 billion available to states over the next 5 years to help build out their #EV charging network
@CorcelPlc advancing the Mambare & Wo Wo Gap #Nickel Projects"

If you look at the tweets on the Corcel website this is the sort of inane tripe shareholders are getting every day of the month in return for £35,000+, every month. What's not to like?

Be careful.

Another £35,000+ for Scottie and Parsons. Every month. The share price when the "new management" team took over was 3.25p. It is now 1.3p. Value creation by innovation. The value of the Corcel share price has plummeted and at the same time created a nice little remuneration opportunity for two innovators. Winners and losers. Guess who will always be the losers? Oink! Oink!

Be careful

That was an amazing release - whoosh!
Coupled with the non-binding non-MOU of non understanding for the non-mining of the non-nickel and the non-impending non-fundraising then a whoosh could appear at any time.

Has the PhD scholar returned from holiday yet?

GLA STH'ers!

Well I was happy with that update, still in the game and with the expiration date fudged into the future it is no longer a leverage point that our counter parties can use against us.

I know why I am here, others seem jittery. There is a reason a potential £50m MCAP company this year is priced at £5m, the market does not expect Scott and team ever to deliver value. The market is often right, but if it is wrong on this occasion the rewards should be worth the jitters. AIMHO.

"I'm still having nightmares over that Southport gas peaker. The management learned how to disappear them. They appear to have repeated the trick at Burwell. And might have two more on the list"

Has Scottie just disappeared Avonmouth and Tring Road? He never fails!

On the back of that non-update, somebody rushed out and bought £5k at 1.55p, before selling them again 20m later at 1.3p

Jailbird if you are awake posting at 6am after an obviously poor night sleep wondering if you want to take the path of a wibbler, surely that is as good a sign as any that it is not for you.

Kemche,

Can I join the wibble or wobble gang?

Cannot believe this is still trading, but I guess you need to be listed to fund it to keep the lights on

The risk/reward profile at Corcel is staggering. Shareholders risk their cash and Scottie and Parsons are rewarded every month with £35,000+ remuneration. I'm still having nightmares over that Southport gas peaker. The management learned how to disappear them. They appear to have repeated the trick at Burwell. And might have two more on the list. Hold on for another month and Scottie and Parsons will disappear another £35,000+. It's what they do. Be careful.
