I know one prediction that was spot on. The prediction by rmart that there's trouble at Burwell. Straight from the mouth of the horse. CEO Kaintz. Listen to the interview at about 30 mins.

"waiting for the land sale to stabilise"

And followed by "ultimate buyer". The sale of land by the land owner is off and a new "buyer" has to be found. The current land owner will not sign the binding lease or why would there be a need for an "ultimate" buyer? These things take time. A long time. No wonder the six month extension was introduced. To me that seems optimistic. Will Burwell go ahead at all? There is now no guarantee. Hedgie put that make-up on and give rmart the kiss he deserves. Be careful.

Truly impressive stuff from Helpfull: a quite stunning hat-trick, and within barely a week!

Now he's again saying 'no good news soon' ...

Well we know what that should mean, don't we!


A classic contra-indicator.

He waits until RGM shares have fallen about 99.99% from their high, and then starts warning people.
Which was sooo helpful for someone who'd invested £10K., and seen it fall to about £1.
And then the share price nearly trebles within months!!

Just listened to Corcel CEO on StockBox. Does he speak about Burwell? About waiting for "the land situation to stabilise"? Does he speak about the "ultimate" buyers of the land? It would appear that the rmart rumour holds water. Something is not right at Burwell, I'm thinking. Nothing happening anytime soon. Hedgie, I think you need to apologise to rmart. Kiss and make up. Be careful.

I get it.The share price has fallen and there has been a lot of dilution so that all adds up to tremendous inherent value. Top tip from a tip top investor. Expect more of the same. A lot of share dilution and share price falls. There's some tremendous inherent value at Burwell as well, so the rmart rumour goes. The 100 MW value has already halved. What price the share price if the rest goes south. Be careful.
