Helpful's username is a breach of the Trades Descriptions Act!

He's full of something alright, but it certainly isn't help!!

I think Kemche could be onto something with fundraising predictions. Since December 2019 when the new " management" arrived there have been 5 fundraises. Yes five! The last equity fundraising was on Feb 18 2021. £300,000. In the same RNS Corcel introduced shareholders to "debt funding". £300,000 "to be drawn down in 5 tranches being £100,000 on 1 March 2021, and £50,000 on 1 April, 1 May, 1 June and 1 July respectively". So that equates to a monthly cash raise. Corcel upping it's game on the cash raise front.

On 12 May 2021, Corcel introduced more funding, £500,000, to be "drawn down in 5 tranches being £100,000 on 1 July 2021, 1 Aug, 1 Sept, 1 Oct and 1 Nov respectively". A year of monthly cash raises? So, Kemche could be onto something. When he predicts a cash raise he can only be 31 days away from being correct. Only an idiot would argue otherwise. Be careful.

From CRCL's 14.5.21 investor presentation:

"Access to capital through
cornerstone investors"

I.e. The Chinese Sinom Group (via Aurora Nominees), the vehicle of a Chinese billionaire.
And Arlington Energy, with whom CRCL has a strategic partnership:
"Strategic Partnership
Agreement in place with Arlington
Energy Ltd - Private developer of flexible
energy assets
CRCL with opportunity to buy into
300MW annually of projects in grid
batteries, peakers and solar"

In addition, Align Research are a major shareholder in CRCL, and are very supportive.

A reminder that Kemche was the winner of the 'worst prediction of the year' award 2020:
On 23rd. October last year, he predicted that the RMS share price would collapse back to 0.3p from about a penny. The very next trading day, the share price doubled.

Now it's deja vu all over again!

Exactly the same sort of posting from Kemche, tell blatant lies about imaginary fundraisings.

About £1M. net of new funds has just been raised by CRCL this spring, ahead of a summer of huge news.

There may be no need for fundraisings as such at all if CRCL monetises some of its brilliant FLS assets this year.

But if it wants to, the gameplan here will be the same as at other relatively recent and rapid tenbaggers I tipped in advance: TERN, IQAI, and RMS.

Which is to multibag the s.p., then raise more funds at much higher prices to
develop the business.

Any predictions as to the share price when CRCL has a big share of Wo Wo Gap, gets its Mambare mining licence, and is developing its FGS assets?

A lot higher than now, that's for sure.

How many charts tell how many words?

$ 1 Trillion!!!

Grass.

Rusting shovels. Nothing more.

And of course fundraisings.

Could Corcel be 'the next Horizonte Minerals' ...?

Of Corse!

Or more like 'Verticel Minerals', in view of its likely share price trajectory ... which should be like climbing a MAST!

TROLLING RESULT MONITOR UPDATE, 12.6.21

From Hepfull's ADVFN profile:

"Helpfull

Helpfull's first bashing post on RGM/CRCL was made on the same day he joined ADVFN:
Helpfull - 06 Jul 2020 - 23:30:52 - 17413 of 17847

On 6th. July 2020 RGM opened at 0.825p, and closed at 0.85p.

Current CRCL s.p.: 1.625p, i.e. 91.17% up since Helpfull started his deranged bashing campaign.

Enough said I think.

A chart tells a thousand words:

Guess which of the last three posts are nonsense. One,two or three? Get it right and your money stays in your pocket and doesn't end up in someone's bank account. Be careful.

Corcel is like a combination of Apple and Amazon. All three are $1,000,000,000,000 companies. If you divide the current number of Corcel shares into $1,000,000,000,000 it gives a share price of £2,600. Be careful.

Corcel is like a combination of HZM (Horizonte Minerals) and MAST (Mast Energy), but with a significant vanadium project too.

1. CRCL's two nickel projects are each comparable to the Araguaia and Vermelho nickel projects of HZM (Horizonte Minerals).
And HZM's current market capitalisation at 6.7p is £113.91 million.

2. CRCL's three FGS (flexible grid solutions) projects are more than comparable to the FGS projects of MAST (Mast Energy).
And MAST's current market capitalisation at 12p is £22.63 million.

= £136.54 million.

Divided by 384,787,601 CRCL shares in issue = 35.48p per CRCL share.

But this figure doesn't include CRCL's exciting vanadium project in Canada.

And CRCL now has well over 100MW of FGS projects, well over double the 49MW of MAST.

Forgive me. I thought Arlington sold a 40% stake in Tring Road to Corcel. If you say they didn't I will believe you. You bring to mind another poster. Similar style. A co-investor if you like. Be careful.

New major holder? Arlington accepted these 12,000,000 shares in 10 May 2021 RNS as part of the Tring Road peaker project deal. £150,000 plus 12,026,000 or so shares in a "£400,000" deal for a 40% stake. Must have been desperate to sell. At todays price that "£400,000" deal is worth about £350,000. Corcel seems to have the knack of reducing the value of everything it touches. Wow, wow and thrice wow Southport. Be careful
