2 minor points:

1) I am filtered.

2) My AERO tip went up a thousand fold! Not quite the $ 1 trillion but impressive nevertheless.

'Will this time be different'?

I certainly hope not!

And I certainly expect not.

Look at the long term share price chart for CRCL's forerunner RGM (Regency Mines), to see what happened to it in previous nickel booms, and that tells you what's going to happen here in the next one.

Yes, the share price has fallen a long way since then, and there's been a lot of dilution, but that can be an indicator of tremendous inherent value, with previous sums invested not being reflected in the current market cap.

Ha ha ha ha ha!

And I suppose that 'The cabal' who are trying to 'cull us' are somehow involved in this conspiracy too ...!

A reminder that Kemche was the winner of the 'worst prediction of the year' award 2020:
On 23rd. October last year, he predicted that the RMS share price would collapse back to 0.3p from about a penny. The very next trading day, the share price doubled.

In fact RMS 20-bagged in a few months while he was bashing it, from about 0.2p to 4p.

Everyone knows what this is and no amount of $ 1 trillion nonsense is going to change that.

"Are we sure we know what the deal is? It looks like £72k now & again at close just for an exclusivity period. The deal is still to be negotiated."

Mr. Zippo,

The con man is you, as you clearly know zip all.

Your above piece of 24 carat horse sh--e proves it!

So you lost your shirt holding oil stocks after the oil price crashed?
That doesn't equate to con men.
It equates to you having a poor understanding of resource sector cycles, making bad investment decisions as a result, but then being unwilling or unable to take responsibility for YOUR OWN mistakes.

When the new team was put in place in December 2019 the share price was 3-3.5p. The first fund raise was at 2.75p. Many fund raises later and the share price is 1.625p. How have shareholders gained? Where is the shareholder value creation? Some people have gained. But not shareholders. There were mugs around then as well. Trying to get naive people to buy the shares. Be careful.

Maybe the money goes to shareholder return. Since you have been deramping this stock CRCL has bagged from 0.8 to 1.6 and to recent highs of over 2.3p did it even touch 2.5... Great entry price.. sharholders are making money.. the battery story is compelling

I think Kemche could be onto something with fundraising predictions. Since December 2019 when the new " management" arrived there have been 5 fundraises. Yes five! The last equity fundraising was on Feb 18 2021. £300,000. In the same RNS Corcel introduced shareholders to "debt funding". £300,000 "to be drawn down in 5 tranches being £100,000 on 1 March 2021, and £50,000 on 1 April, 1 May, 1 June and 1 July respectively". So that equates to a monthly cash raise. Corcel upping it's game on the cash raise front.

On 12 May 2021, Corcel introduced more funding, £500,000, to be "drawn down in 5 tranches being £100,000 on 1 July 2021, 1 Aug, 1 Sept, 1 Oct and 1 Nov respectively". A year of monthly cash raises? So, Kemche could be onto something. When he predicts a cash raise he can only be 31 days away from being correct. Only an idiot would argue otherwise. Be careful.

Note also that CRCL has some very valuable FGS (flexible grid solution) assets that it can sell to one of the many funds competing to buy such assets.

And CRCL's 7a.m. RNS two weeks ago talks of marketing this portfolio jointly this year:

28/05/2021 07:00 UK Regulatory (RNS & others) Corcel PLC Acquisition of Third 50MW Flexible Energy Project LSE:CRCL Corcel Plc
" ... Chief Executive Officer, Scott Kaintz commented: "Following closely behind our recent acquisition of the Tring Road gas peaking complex, we have now added a further 50MW of flexible energy generation at Avonmouth. Avonmouth is already "shovel ready". Our expanding partnership with Electric Land brings with it a dovetailing of capabilities and interests; ours in the underlying energy projects themselves and theirs in the land ownership and ongoing land lease revenue. Our present intention is to seek to bring Avonmouth to financial close during the course of 2021 leveraging the existing efforts already underway for Tring Road and Burwell, marketing the project portfolio jointly." ..."

In conclusion:

1. CRCL looks to be well-funded for the rest of this year.
2. We can expect a series of major RNSes from CRCL in the interim, driving the share price to much higher levels: e.g. Burwell lease, Wo Wo Gap deal, Mambare licence, etc.
3. CRCL has a stream of FGS assets it can sell to fund its cost base.

And all against a backdrop of a developing battery metals and green energy bull market, and a rising nickel price.

Also note the general trend in fundraising prices, which is upwards, a bullish sign.

The large majority of the most recent CRCL share issues have been at prices of 1.6p and more:
1.6p in April; 2.0788p in May.

15/04/2021 11:25 UK Regulatory (RNS & others) Corcel PLC Issue of Equity, Exercise of Warrants, TVR LSE:CRCL Corcel Plc
" ... exercise of 8,500,000 warrants at an exercise price of GBP0.016 per share, for gross proceeds of GBP136,000 ... "

(See also 20.4 RNSes.)

10/05/2021 07:00 UK Regulatory (RNS & others) Corcel PLC Acquisition of 50MW Flexible Energy Project LSE:CRCL Corcel Plc
" ... Corcel has acquired a 40% interest in the Tring Road energy project from Arlington Energy, located outside of the town of Aylesbury, England. Consideration for the acquisition is GBP400,000 satisfied by GBP150,000 cash and 12,026,168 new Ordinary Shares ("Shares"). The Shares will be locked up for a period of six months following admission. ... "

= 2.0788p/share.

There has also been very recent director share buying at over 2p per share.

That compares to a £300K. fundraising at 1.25p in February of this year, a premium placing, in which the directors participated.

And a fundraising at 1p before that, last year.
