Don't really have a target price as such, but it was obvious that there was value here at 15p if they could make the business work. With some growth and another deal then I suspect 20 and then 30p is feasible in the next year or two. Backed this because Rights and Issues did..they know better than me, but if it was good enough for them to invest a sizeable amount then that was good enough for me to put some money in.

This is all shaping up very nicely. Quality shareholders with Rights and Issues and MAM Funds now in place and should be supportive for further growth.

Well done again to the company. The savings over the period will well outweight the appearance of dilution by the new issue. Why concern yourself with the profit that MAM will make? I expect MAM Funds will hold onto these for some time.

Asset growth will be another positive and they are now in no fear of having all sorts of other possible costs associated with being a tenant or any possible disputes at end of lease period.

Another good move on 2 counts; buying the property is a great deal + getting MAM Funds on board is also a good move. They will probably now be able to raise some more at a higher price when they find an acquisition.

reading the rns even after all cash costs ,interest and capital will increase cash flow by around 125k per year and earnings as mjc says above by o.5p whats not to like.directors must be sick as in close period and cant trade at this low level.

It is only 9% of the market cap that has been raised and the company will save £250K per year. So, even allowing for the dilution that should increase EPS by about 0.5 pence. News like that ought to put the share price UP not DOWN.

I don't think Market Makers have time to understand all of these little AIM companies these days. They just see a heavily discounted placing and put the bid price near to the placing price - no thought as to the size of the placing or the longer term benefits.

12.5p placing sends the price down over 20% I know placings like this are the cheapest way for companies as small as this to raise capital but its a big dilution for current shareholders.

Back into profit here for me after today's big rise. Suspect things are going well now; maybe another acquisition or contract wins would be nice.

Just about creating distributable reserves so that they can continue paying dividends. A technical restructuring of the balance sheet reserves.

Just seen the last trading statement and it's good to see that things are back on track. Looks like another aquisition might be forthcoming and again would help give them critical mass.
