Hes probably had his property assets out and so has lost interest - new guy in and he will want to own and control a decent chunk of pie so that when he injects new businesses in he is profiting from upside - not the incumbents who are doing sfa to get share price moving for shareholders.

hmmm, wasnt he supposed to remain a supporive shareholder only a couple of months ago? Seems odd that he would want to sell out now when there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Grimmond and Fersters now own 50% of the company. Wonder if the plan is to take it private?

On a separate matter, website has had a decent revamp.

Peter Gyllenhammar adjusting his position. Anyone interested in tracking his other holdings should look at post 4 on the WAM "Tracking the Arbitrageurs" thread.

like jg track record, sure he knows his stuff, seems a bit expensive to buy at 14p though? Thoughts? How much further has this got to go. Liking the story though

A good performance today. Either some people waking up to the value here or possibly something else ?

Has been priced to go bust for a couple of years but now it looks like they have the cash for expansion or acquisitions. Who'd a thunk it ...

It now has a market cap all of £2 mill and should be valued another mill (ie 50%) higher IMO based on current info. Who knows where it could go in the future ...

I don't know why RPC or somesuch doesn't offer PG and the Fersters £5mill for the whole lot and have done with it. Seems a perfect tiny bolt-on to me with all sorts of economies of scale when it comes to raw-material buying.

That's a gutsy buy at 7.74p and deserves to be rewarded with the Bid being marked up to 7.5p. Next buy ought to see a similar move up of the Offer IMO.

Rare as hens teeth these. If you like what you see then now is the time to add IMO.
