XCAP Securities says Coral, which joined the Alternative Investment Market last week, will benefit from its recent acquisition of Interpack, which "enhances the underlying business and adds significant revenues"

the placing also states that final price is likely to be at top end of earn out.suggests profits circa 900k and with cagr of 30% continuing should see interpack generate 1mill plus next year .if as suggested new business will flow through coral manufacturing easy to see 1.5 mill next year with low tax charge.on 8 times p/E market cap around 10 mill for next year and 15/16 mill following.target price 40p.???

I've received details of the placing at 15 pence of 12m shares and the issue of a further 6m shares as part consideration in the acquisition of Interpack Ltd (www.interpackltd.co.uk). Interpack is a reseller and distibutor of a range of about 300 products to the food manufacturing and food packaging sector.

Aim listing from 6 September.

Thats from the FULL listing Clocky ! as announced and as approved at the GM. They have said they intend to relist on AIM. Normally you would see that announced at the same time as delisting

I suspect given they are suspended that this wont happen till this deal is done and on completion of the deal the shares will be relisted on AIM at that time. Of course if the deal doesnt happen there is always the chance they may decide not to relist - hey ho .....

I thought it was a mixed set of results (more on the downside though). Coral hardly generated any EBITDA in 2H which is disappointing given management's previous comments that new business would bring in higher margins. They're still hit very hard when the price of raw materials goes up. Also disappointed that there will be significant capex again with food packaging moulds, acquisitions and potential moulds for the rainwater terrace if that takes off. Not good news for a potential divi next year. On the plus side, disclosure in the results was far better than in the past. Someone has finally realised by being more transparent could have a positive impact on the share price!

Poor set of results but at least there is sales growth and it seems that there could be merger news on the horizon, hence the recent rise in the share price

On the up again, so I guess you can assume the buyer is back in the market having waited for stock to become available.
