27/9/2014 18:37 | As most of younare aware....am a long term holder and have held from 11p origional buy all the way down to 2p. Hold a significant quantity and...as mugs would go...add when time n money permits. I thing CDC will gain momentum in next 12-15 months and I cann see these back up again to mid 30-40's in next 2-5 years. Holding for the long term is not what most AIM investors do so I dont expect those here now to be here then. Good to you all whatever decision you make.Duxy786 | duxy786_2
12/2/2014 13:09 | £1m mkt cap? What's left here of the business now? will they get their mine back? | nick rubens
08/12/2013 21:50 | Cheers GJ, was getting worried due to the RBS meltdown on Cyber Monday, money received, time to move on from here... | pilot48
08/12/2013 20:55 | Duxy. Admire your eternal optimism but have no confidence in Mitch or bod to develop the two mines with no resolution to legal dispute in sight | leoneobull
02/12/2013 21:56 | Not yet. Give it 3 days to clear Captain, probably, pretend you're flying out of Heathrow. | gerryjames
02/12/2013 12:49 | Anyone got their money via CREST yet? Still waiting for mine... | pilot48
26/11/2013 08:00 | " As at the date of the Circular the Company has accruals and liabilities (including the costs of this Tender Offer to completion) of approximately US$236,632, meaning the Company has net cash available to it of approximately US$14,054,814." "The total cost of acquiring the Tendered Shares will be US$11,767,457 (the "Tender Consideration"). Following payment of the Tender Consideration, the Company will have cash balances of approximately US$1.65 million before the transaction costs." That doesn't add up. Where's the $637,357 gone in a month? | gerryjames
25/11/2013 08:13 | Leoneo, am surprised you left here. Personally, I have chosen to stay until the end.....probably loose it all, but rather that than sell out for the tender price | duxy786
25/11/2013 07:44 | $2,287,357 left then. | gerryjames
23/11/2013 23:41 | Matt when I want to take advice from a13 yr old starring in the clearasil ad I will do so... | leoneobull
21/11/2013 11:51 | The inexperienced selling at 3.6p when you can still tender your shares! | matt123d
02/11/2013 11:42 | I am out sold me 200000 at a massive lost. Reinvested proceeds in blvn. Good riddance to CDC and Mitch.. | leoneobull
30/10/2013 19:53 | Loverat I spoke to firm doing their financial pr at time. There were a lot of shareholders pointing to mitches statements being irreconcilable. To be fair to CDC all comes down to short sighted attitude of Philippine authorities. I will be selling at 3.79 p as offeredIt was clear even almost 2 years ago these projects were dead in water | leoneobull
30/10/2013 18:33 | Yes, that does remind me about Basay. I think in the Sept 12 interim results they said the drilling results were excellent. Early the following month they said the grades could not support a mine. Has anyone actually managed to reconcile those two statements as I am struggling? The other thing of note is that the last few releases have been very downbeat and very negative adjectives were used to describe the prospects. Is anyone else thinking that other interests may be being served here? As I say, I do not know how these situations work but I certainly cannot see that the management have fought to achieve some shareholder value so whose interests are they looking after? I'd be interested in views. | loverat
30/10/2013 18:22 | Not bad for newer shareholders. I was beginning to think the management were in a coma. That said, not good for long termers and although I do not know much about these situations it does speak volumes about the two projects. One certainly did not look viable as the management announced as much if I remember, days after saying the opposite. The other one I think is in the middle of a territorial dispute so probably not much worth on that although if I remember the balance sheet suggested otherwise. A disaster company I think and management much to blame and quite frankly hopeless IMO. Note their names and simply do not invest in any of their ventures in future. | loverat
30/10/2013 09:40 | Perhaps I should have said 'up to' the full share capital. As I have said, 3.7p seems to be a crazy price to sell at (IHMO). However, I have to question the ability of this BOD. If I am trying to sell an asset into the marketplace I would want to put those assets in as favourable a light as possible - to get the best price. I would NOT issue a public tender notice effectively valuing what I am trying to sell as worthless !! Personally, I would keep the cash, keep the assets but change the BOD. If ther are any material Shareholders reading, please take note. Just an opinion. B | bobsfa
30/10/2013 09:08 | Lol....Up 52% - Bobsfa, it's not the full share capital and no they can not have any of my shares!!! | duxy786_3
30/10/2013 08:47 | Fox Davies still has a BUY recommendation at 19p on a 'worst case scenario' so why would any shareholder sell shares at 3.7p. B | bobsfa
30/10/2013 08:40 | Am I reading this correctly. They are looking ton purchase the full share capital at 3.7p. The cash alone is worth more than that? Are they saying the other assets are worth nothing. This makes no sense. Anyone able to shed light? B | bobsfa
30/10/2013 08:39 | yes unless your av. is 30p when mitch was promising the world :-) | leoneobull |
