agreed, I tested dummy sells most the afternoon and 2.66 was the best. Could sell 400,000 shares at ease if wanted.

500K trade looks more like a buy. A little bit more interest here lately which is nice.

they weren't sells, I bought 200,000 at 2.485 this morning. They were mostly buys, the real spread was well inside the published spread.

Strong cash position here less than the market cap. Only need an announcement about one of their projects or a new one and this one could take off. Comparisions perhaps with MARL and that triple bagged. CDC have cash and projects. If the management show themselves to be a little less timid and more proactive there could be lots of upside IMO.
