Duxy support u ...pls keep us updated on any progress in contacting CDC. i also wrote to them and had a response back when the news was grave and was put in touch with their financial PR people but since then CDC has been almost silent & they didnt respond to my complaint stating that they have not come up with a plan B or communicated a/thing at all for months which is disgraceful

So duxy , you have the ability to see what capital i have , how brilliant is that ! Certainly you are correct am not currently a holder , have done nicely here following this one down from previous highs, and will certainly not buy until it hits 2p or we have news that the assets are to be worked for the benefit of the company!

So far, I have tried countless attempts to get hold of the NOMAD and requested the information / whereabouts of the directors. Unfortunately, I have had no reply. I am now in touch with a friend of a friend, who works for the FSA. If the NOMAD chooses to ignore the request then I will be asking this person to launch a investigation in to the whereabouts of both the Directors and NOMADS. Furthermore, I will be visiting the offices of the NOMADS before this week is out. As shareholders, it is our right to get answers from the director we place our faith in to run the company with our money. CDC, it's directors and NOMAD, have failed to provide a response to the market in relation to the drop in share price from 50p - 2.75p in 18+ Months. Furthermore, the last RNS 4 Months ago only re-iterated what was stated 3 months prior. Its disgraceful that CDC has not really updated the market for 7+ Months.

Shareholders have rights. If any of you would like to take part in requesting this information/investigation, please get in touch with me on duxy786 at hotmail dot com.

Now bzm is a very interesting situation , its been hammered this last week , but has the potential to increase in value 50 fold if the management are genuine, and can achieve, which so far has not been the case.

Have a small position there but again waiting for the right time to get in big time , 4p seems about right based an low sentiment presently.

jotoha2, in light of whats happened over BZM and the share price i'm thinking about selling all from here and buying more BZM.. think its a better risk/reward story at BZM. Will decide next week on BZM's share price action.

No communication till plan is revealed, expect Mitch to exit company and local money to develop the asset , otherwise its bust! Waiting for 2p entry level to go long.

the company concluded that BASAY could not support open pit mining...the "Hinoba-an Project is on lockdown or whatever expression is when they have struggled to make it commercial. The investment in Crazy Horse was a waste of shareholders' money since (i) we are down 80-90% on it and (ii) it is another mitch company. what about governance - using shareholder money to buy shares in another of your companies which then plummets. sounds like a mini-Maxwell.

where is the communication from CDC? what is the plan?
