dugganjoe - not you again!! What a time-waster. Your last forecast was for 20p.....though perhaps you have forgotten that! IMHO - yes, very humble it would seem.

It's beginning to look as though CIC's development projects may well provide real value in the future.

Pleased to see the Company just quietly getting on with it; and in the current economic circumstances it has to be considered highly likely that they will expeditiously receive the necessary planning approvals.

Skyship. Reckon you're wasting your time commenting on dugganjoe as he won't be around again: he's probably posted on the wrong board without realising his error!

EDIT: Skyship. Just seen your message to dugganjoe on the HSBC board an hour or back, so my comment above is irrelevant.

What a total plonker! If you are still around and dare to perhaps give some cogently argued reason for such an absurd opinion - I would be most interested to consider your reasoning.

I suspect however you are just another B/b waste of space...

Try to prove me wrong why don't you.

Rather quiet today after the 34 trades yesterday totalling 4.3m shares!

Will we see an RNS on those trades this afternoon...

Volume in excess of 3m and big trades going through @ 95p - hope they prove to be buybacks.

Strong bounce in the real estate sector but its been pretty selective. The Usual large caps have risen a fair whack and the likes of FCPT amongst the trusts is back to near its year highs. Not sure whether the others will play catch up or those that have rallied fall back. Would guess City market might be a little less buoyant than it was a few weeks ago.

Look at the RNS: not a sell, simply a company re-purchase.

what did your directors ever do for you?

and how much reward for doing it?

Conygar, the chart is like the sea of tranquility....anyways, got 25k at 105 today, to drift boringly out at some price in the teens in the next few days or weeks.......

what a shower!

Hmm - I would trust London & Stamford but not Max. They didn't cover themselves in glory when they took Prestbury private - shareholders didn't do very well. Also l&s pay a big dividend and Max nothing despite being in highh yielding properties. Nick Leslau is clever and talented, but not sure I trust him enough to invest seriously in him again after the Prestbury debacle.

yesetc - thnx for that - only came into my Inbox this afternoon.

Doesn't say anything of substance different to the last interview c6months ago; still it reaffirms the medium-term value here.

Happy to hold...
