02/5/2011 13:44 | Thanks again for your posts cardiffian.Looking beyond the full year results,I want to see management underline their commitment to paying down debt.As they make a dent in that it would also be hugely helpful if any spare cash could be used to buy back shares.Would the preference shareholders have a veto over this? My great fear is that management,(who've been paying themselves rather like a private company)will push for a de-listing. | djderry

29/4/2011 19:03 | It seems that with Zev's appointment to 'Spirit', a new office has been opened up in the U.S. I can't imagine the workforce will remain at 2 for very long but we'll have to wait and see. -------------------- 29 April 2011 Spirit Digital Media Opens Santa Monica Office And Hires Digital Specialist Rapidly expanding digital content business Spirit Digital Media, part of Content Media Corporation, has hired digital specialist Zev Suissa as Creative Director. Based in Santa Monica, Suissa will oversee a development slate of original properties for multiple platforms and build digital extensions for existing IP as well as executive produce series, apps, sizzles and games. Peter Cowley, Founder and CEO of Spirit Digital Media, commented: "We're very excited to be launching in the US and to have Zev on board to lead our efforts there. He is massively experienced highly regarded in the digital business. I am sure Zev will make a huge contribution to the growth of Spirit Digital Media as we start to pilot some multi-platform projects in LA for the US market with additional deals already in the pipeline." Zev Suissa added: "The resources and partnerships we've assembled are ideal for my role facilitating creators' visions. We're making strategic investments in prototypes of a variety of properties from web series to scalable businesses, and from social games to Augmented Reality. It's an excellent time for digital exploitation of content, and I am delighted to be joining Spirit at this dynamic time in its development." John Schmidt, CEO Content Media Corporation, concluded: "Our partnership with Spirit Digital Media is progressing well and has provided a new dimension to our digital strategy. 28/4/2011 22:06 | CMCP...how's about you remove R. Woolf from the major shareholders page. It's inaccurate and misleading and while we're on the subject, isn't it about time you added a date next to Kerry McCluggage's name or is there a reason for not doing so. | cardiffian

28/4/2011 21:49 | moreforus...I'm pretty sure I saw a 200000 buy just before Easter too. Could someone be putting a few buys together but far enough apart (time wise) for anyone to take much notice ? | cardiffian
28/4/2011 21:44 | fft...As you know, the name Content Film still exists but as it's now only one part of the Content trifecta and not the most relevant at that, financially speaking, I therefore believe it's in everyone's interest that we show the correct new name of our company. This of course, is just my opinion and anyone including myself could start up a new thread regardless but as you were the only one willing to start this one and you're "quite happy" to do it all over again, I don't think anyone would complain about moving to the newest thread and posting there instead of here. It's your decision ! -------------------- Below is the link to the updated "MIPTV 2011" newsletter. | cardiffian
28/4/2011 11:59 | Hi Cardif, asked advfn about this and their reply was :- "It isn't possible to change a thread title after it has been created. However, a workround would be to create a new thread and put a link to it in the header of the old thread" I am quite happy to start a new thread with the correct name (cough) if thats whats wanted. | fft
