Exactly my view as well Caveat. Contrary to what Teeling and co were claiming that the case was frivolous.... the judge thinks otherwise.. not only has she not thrown out the case but she is taking her time to arrive at a judgement... which implies she thinks the case has some merit.

He was there because he had booked it before the winding up petition was served.

The presentation says it all. As in our legal submissions he regards all these companies as his family companies to do with what he wants.

He said it himself. Listen from minute 29.43 to 30.38

So its £500k new money and the same again for directors salaries that he "forgot" to tell the assembled multitude about.

Shame he forgot to tell the assembled multitude that the largest single shareholder is not one of his family and told him in writing a long time ago that it wanted to participate in any placing and would provide the funding as loans to Limerick Zinc to meet the Teck JV costs.

So he now admits he wants to disapply pre-emption rights to take another one-third of the company for "his family"? That is not what his barrister told the court. It would also trigger a full blown takeover offer.

Going to be more than interesting over the next few weeks.
