sallad, I could understand if it were prejudicial to a jury, but this is the High Court. Surely ADVFN should notify you that your posts are being removed and why. If they do not then posters are no clearer on what can be posted and what cannot. I would start with ADVFN.

UJALB, that was a late session. I am not sure how sallad is proposing to preserve shareholder wealth, but if he has a better plan then it is sensible that it is adopted. The court should be a good determinant of that so why not relax. Courts are not daft.
