RNS Number:3087J Conister Trust PLC 21 September 2006 Conister Trust PLC Additional Listing Conister has issued and allotted to Peter Hammonds, Director, 750,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company as a result of the exercise today by Mr Hammonds of 750,000 options over Ordinary Shares, pursuant to the Employee Share Option Scheme at an exercise price of 34p per share. Mr Hammonds now holds 1,334,124 shares in the Company, being 3.22% of the total issued share capital with a balance of 500,000 share options vested at an exercise price of 34p per share. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and it is expected for trading in the new Ordinary Shares to commence at 8.00am on 26th September 2006. The new Ordinary Shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue. However, unless determined otherwise by the Remuneration Committee, Mr Hammonds may not sell the 750,000 shares issued and alloted today before 9 June 2007.
