No sustained buying interest. Less than 30,000 pounds worth have traded. You could have a bigger whip round in a pub.

On the publicity front Jim Mellon yesterday in his Mellon on the Markets column in Master Investor Magazine says you should own gold silver and platinum which should form a good part of your portfolio. He confirms he liked Condor Gold and that he has just taken half a placement to enable it to do further drilling to find more resources on top of it’s already large proven reserves.
Interesting that he focuses on the reserves and doesn’t mention production.

Gold has risen to 1808 so it is a little disappointing that after this mornings very positive RNS we are 1% down on the day on volume of 470000.

Hi Tester

I have been chasing my main contact about Explotec. All seems to be as before...as you i also believe they are waiting to finish at least part of the drilling if not all before explotec starts.
I will come back to u all when my contact speaks to explotec guys
Land front all very quiet, my main contact believes condor will give land only for 2 years worth of mining till our mine starts....there are different opinions. Other contact is saying they want la Mestiza or other decent piece of land. Nance dulce is currently used for mining too...so no so great option. A good option would be one with.great grades , close to surface and without miners currently there. There are not miners at cacao so it could work if we find the gold.
I dont know anything new about the Rosa del Pen^on's major involvement. He is probably moving some strings ,perhaps speaking to land owners as he did in the past. Managua lawyers were also involved in the past to advice land owners.
news are coming to me no so often as before

book5 - well you were bang on with your news about Cacao drilling coming this week - given the announcement today, its clear that your source on the ground is obviously watching local developments very closely.

Has there been any more talk of Explotec guys on the ground there do you know? For me, those are the guys that would be involved in planning for toll milling from America and Mestiza / La India Mini Pits, location of explosives etc to prepare the ore for trucking to El Limon or La Libertad .. I cant see any other reason for them to be there, as its far too soon to be considering stockpiling ore for the La India plant itself.. Im wondering if we need to wait for drill results from the infill drilling before the toll mill deal can go ahead though, and those are taking a while to come back from the assay lab.. Maybe you could ask if he is hearing any dynamite actually going off yet :-D

Also - It does look like the initial plant size is actually going to be 120koz per year from the announcement today, not just the smaller 50-75koz as we assumed previously.. in line with the announcement to drill Cacao as well, it does indeed look like the company is "going big rather than going home!" :-) First step to making La India a 5Moz district..

I guess finally we are all still waiting on a conclusion to the land purchase saga! but my goodness its taking an age!

I am surprised this RNS following last weeks rise hasn’t sparked more interest. Still just 3% up as the volume has risen to 190000. I suspect the wide 8% spread 50/54 isn’t helping.

Thank you so much BIKWIK , a very clear explanation , and a reinforcement of the sort of upside myself and others on this board are hoping for .

Various fundamentals still need to fall into place obviously , but , if we can derisk the project in its entirety , execute on a definitive mining plan for La India and its satellite deposits , and demonstrate to the wider world that we are a district play of over 5m oz , then , indeed , how high will it go ?

Last week's fundraising and today's news on Cacao also demonstrate a renewed determination by Condor to get the ball finally rolling .

Hopefully they engage with condor soon.

Hi Bomber, I wouldn't call the last nine months trading a pennant. Its definately a triangle. In a nutshell, a pennant is a far shorter pattern typically lasting around a week, possibly two, maybe three (though that's stretching it a bit, no pun intended).

Also, the pennant is just a pause for breath after a sharp rise...maybe several days before another sharp rise follows. So pennants will have a "flagpole" in the lead up to the pennant. Though the pennant will have converging boundaries, giving it the triangular shape.

A triangle lasts much longer. The price dynamics are different. What you are seeing with a triangle is a longer battle between buyers and sellers after a lengthier preceding trend. In most cases the resolution is for a continuation of the prevailing trend. It depends where the triangle is in relation to the stage of the bull market that it appears. If it were after a very long bull market then the odds would shift from an upside resolution to a reversal to the downside.

I think it Condors case it will be to the upside. The target based on the triangle is around 78p as per my post 4800 of last Wednesday.

When I look at the longer term chart (shown below) the uptrend still looks to be of relatively short duration compared to the decline which it appears to be retracing. Namely the decline from 208p in 2012.

Obviously the neat downtrend I have drawn in is from 151p in 2013, but the decline began in 2012 ahead of lower rally highs all the way back to the floor in 2019. Also note the Fibonacci retracement levels from the 2012 high. The rally highs in 2014, 2016 and early 2018 came around the 50%, 38.2% and 23.6% levels, respectively....though you wouldn't have known they were those levels until the bottom was in, in 2019. If you think about it though, it would have been possible to have worked out where the bottom was likely to be based on those levels. In other words put the starting point for the Fibonacci levels on the 208p high, then pull down with the mouse until you find a number of levels that line up with rally highs. Ok easier with hindsight and how many people have even thought of doing that or more to the point would remember to do it. What's my point....

Well see where the top of the triangle was last year...the 23.6% level! In other words it has validated the fact that we are retracing the decline from 208p and not 151p. Which also means the ultimate upside point we eventually get to will be higher! While the triangle target is around 78p, the next retracement level is not until 90p or so....near enough the August 2016 high. If we get over that one (though there could be some choppy trading given the resistance around there during 2014) then the 50% target is 112-113p. How high will it go......I don't know! Just run the trend and see what happens....sooo exciting!

Good RNS this morning which Mark has used to set the stall out again. This drilling to continue firming up 5 million oz of Gold will be well received by potential buyers and will provide a considerable increase in value.
Up 3% on volume of just 40000.

Drilling confirmed at Cacao

According to my main contact:
- (Correction) the artisanal miners that used to work at La India are not mining on Cacao, but on the land of a former militar base that is next to Cacao (they are separated by a road).

-Less and less artisanal miners are currently working on la india vein, they are leaving.

This former militar land, currently used for artisanal mining is managed by former militar personal.

-At Cacao the veins are virgen, they have not been previously mined.

Drilling at la india is proguesing well.

End news
–--------
Comments, rumors:

It looks very promising that many miners are working next door to Cacao.

We should find new resources soon, hopefuly this help to resolve the land issue

We may have soon a rns informing that we have already started drilling at cacao. Rumors the number of drilling rigs will increase to at least two.

BIKWIK , I am quite fascinated by your recent technical analysis .

Looking at the chart from a more medium term perspective , however ,
is it fair to say that the Condor shareprice is near to the conclusion of a 9 month pennant ?

Its lower line , the uptrend , has been supported almost symmetrically by the rising 200 day moving average , currently at 46p , whilst the upper line , the downtrend , has acted as a ceiling on 3 or 4 occasions , and currently stands at 53p .

Am I talking nonsense , but , if not , were we to break this 53p ceiling , what would be our technical upside ?

Welcome new investors, the best place to go for information about Condor is to the company website on the header above. You will discover that the directors have enough faith in their company to increase their holdings year after year. Condor is developing a gold and silver discovery in Nicaragua.

Here is the company presentation:

Though at the moment there is only a small drlling machine in Cacao, Kluane is compacting land on several places at north part of Cacao for new drilling. To my contact this indicates more machines should be arriving. Probably there is large demand for rigs.

My main contact just confirmed it,
drilling equipment / consumables have arrived at Cacao. Company doing the drilling is Kluane, a subcontractor of Rodio.
I believe next week we will have a rns saying we have started with the new drilling.
