"Under the new agreement, Condor will pay US$30,000 cash upfront to the Mestiza vendor, a further cash payment of US$470,000 by June and US$200,000 over the following 20 months."

So why June? Because another placing before then

“In our experience, the Soviet GKZ classified resources on La India Project have generally converted to western standards upon tighter drill spacing and verification drilling of the previous drill holes,” Child said.

so more drilling and money needed so don't expect figures to improve npv anytime soon

Yes CNR progressing slowly but surely.
Its upto the individual with their risk/reward scenario but if we get the permit news as well....which apparently is progressing in the background.....see video... then it will be on to the next positive step.

If gold had been in positive territory today then we would have been a lot higher today,in my opinion.
Gold just needs a bit of consolidation.

Has anyone noticed that cambells never posts here or iii but reports everything to the lse bb using the same wording as Jibbo lol.

As I said multi id user.

Still no timescale or details on the public consultation. This will take 6-8 weeks, once they get to that stage. Environmental permit months away. Placing imminent

Thanks usm, that's a good post by T123. Here it is in full..

If we are talking about maths.. Try this one..

785k oz of gold for $2M. Or about $3 an oz for gold in ground. If that isn't a good bit of business by MC, I don't know what is.

Yes this might require a small financing / placing with a bit of dilution to purchase ( then again it might not if there is another plan for JV etc we don't know yet). I know that MC would not commit to this if he didn't know that he could fund it. Watch this space.

But even more crucially, incorporating mestizo would put la India into the 200k oz a year bracket - a 215koz pa plant to be exact if we go for the highest PEA/ whittle option.

That's the kind of figure that gets mid tiers / majors very interested. Esp high grades, low AISCs. And with permits? Dynamite.

So yes it might be short term pain for long term big gain!

Very interesting RNS today but as usual the market doesn't know what to make if it!

More lse rubbish - "785k oz of gold for $2M. Or about $3 an oz for gold in ground. If that isn't a good bit of business by MC, I don't know what is. "

Rubbish. Far more money will be needed to prove that

what was their valuation again?
Clearly we are hoping for permits next, before any of that is feasible to be realistic.

People finally realising that that placing is coming. This money will drag the company down faster. Hmmm before 01 June anyone?

MC not willing to give details of the public consultation. Probably because it will take 6-8 weeks once it actually starts
