Someone who tries to biggup a stock so as to encourage naive buyers to make the price go up, and the ramper sells at a profit.


Ramper: "You guys should sell your house and buy as many Enron shares as you can because I know a friend of a friend of a board member and he reckons the price will double soon".

Gold bit up and down so far today but remained near a one-year high as sentiment on the U.S. dollar was vulnerable after the Federal Reserve’s recent policy statement. imo

Every gold share you care to look at has had the same fate due to gold being in a bear-market.
Now gold has rushed up,the gold-miners are responding, in my opinion.

It's about the trend!!Yeah £2 down to 40p is a massive downtrend!!Just because there's a dead cat bounce going on
