We were told that there were 8 interested parties.

I still don't think we can state, with certainty that there were no offers, but we can say that there were no acceptable offers. Some of the LSE rampers are trying to say that it gotten taken out of the offer period so that MC can sell just part of the company but I don't accept that. I think that could have been done in the offer period

As far as I'm concerned, nobody is interested. Share price action down to 17p tells you that. Nobody was accumulating/ building up a position here, so why invest?
