22/1/2016 09:23 | Why would I get in trouble, here is the full email: From: Mark Child Sent: Friday, January 22, 2016 3:12 AM To: Mark Child Subject: Condor RNS Dear All, The attached Whittle optimisation study is due for release at 7am Friday. The average NPV across 4 production scenarios is US$196M compares to a market cap US$12M or PBR 0.06 times. The sell off in the shares is very over done. The NPV is a genuine NPV, including the upfront capital costs for building a mine, sustaining capital, a 3% royalty to the Government, corporation tax etc, etc. The project makes money down to US$800 oz gold, without high grading, using the current pit shells. I am convinced La India Project is a major district play. Potential for 10M oz gold? Detailed structural geology report indicates a perfect structural setting. Just completed 9 days in Nicaragua. The permitting is going well. Government confirmed they will join me at PDAC. Best regards Mark | sir andrew ffoulkes
22/1/2016 09:20 | Andrew Your summation that it was sent to many was wrong . I regularly get emails but not received. Hope you don't get in trouble and haven't let any of MC's trust down | usmcgs
22/1/2016 09:17 | Points noted but the PoG is likely to increase over time which is why they use an average figure, for balance so is the price of Oil. AS regards 43-101, that may well be the case but 'big mining' are realistic about what they can do, they are not always anal about compliance as is often demonstrated by their actions. | sir andrew ffoulkes

22/1/2016 09:14 | Serious P How many time have figures like that been quoted and the share price has dipped lol | usmcgs
22/1/2016 09:14 | There is absolutely no way it was in confidence, don't be ridiculous, that is not Mark's style. It was carbon copied to a large group of people and addressed "Dear All". That hardly suggests in confidence. | sir andrew ffoulkes
22/1/2016 09:13 | Has the selling started? | usmcgs
22/1/2016 09:10 | A couple of points to note, and surprised nobody here has raised them yet. The Whittle Study in NON 43-101 compliant. The price of oil used is $100 barrel, though what difference that makes is not clear, but clearly this will reduce production costs. The price of gold used in the study is $1,250 per ounce (to be consistent!) but the current price of gold is under $1,100! So the figures quoted are not accurate for today's reality! | ![]() andy
22/1/2016 09:07 | usmcgs 22 Jan'16 - 08:55 - 12169 of 12171 0 0 Andrew You have no idea how many received the email. It was in confidence and could be market sensitive as the market was not informed. usmcgs. NO IT WASN'T, because it was addressed to, Dear ALL Share Price According to the Whittle Report, NPV is $196m. There are 45,810,000 shares issued, therefore the new valuation is $4.28 or £3.00. Please correct me if I'm wrong. | serious punter
