Great presentation by a great CEO. Says it how it is... Never beats about the bush! Market sentiment for gold mining companies is at an all time low in this bear market but he's got the time and resources to ride it out

I think that MC should stop doing presentations and the company should issue no more RN'S until the endgame as every time one is released the shares go down some more !!! Looks like we might be going sub 40p soon!!

Re JV and potential dilution.

Please correct me if I off the mark, but I would imagine that our potential JV partner would be swimming in shares as opposed to CNR. Therefore the prospect of the new share (to be created)would have to be multiple times more for CNR as opposed to a lower multiple of our potential partner.
Also it will depend on the new partner's share of the whole project. I doubt it would be divided up 50/50.

Serious Punter Ref your lse post a jv doesn't have to mean dilution. Perhaps they would be in for a share of future profits. Let's face it though MC is more likely to sell us

I think that's CNR`s best strategy is to hold for a an uplift in the Gold price .... Why would we be in a hurry to sell at the bottom ?
There is no shareholder value at this current time .

I agree Sir Andrew. I learnt more in the last 2 minutes of that presentation than the company has said in the past year. I recommend that anyone invested/investing in this company listens. What i can deduce myself is that the price is going nowhere this side of Xmas unless someone makes an offer.My biggest worry is whether the company will have enough money left by then to be a going concern, i really hope so. MC sounds a very credible man .. i really hope that we all get some sort of return in the end.

If an offer comes in before it would have to be considered. Perhaps the knowledge that other companies will be visiting will encourage those that have already visited to hurry up with a decent offer

Quick comments:

i. 2 companies already carried out onsite visits and another 3 companies scheduled by end of year.

ii. i missed the name of the paperwork but a 700 page doc going into the Nic government this month

iii. Ref land purchases we will not be paying up front

iv. Hope for an offer at multiples of today's sp

Looks like regent pacific have made an offer for PLE. Not sure if that will have any effect here? It may mean that they are expecting to get back some money here or that they dont want to put any more money into this venture or non of the above. The boredom factor here continues im afraid!

Numis sold 3939 shares yesterday. Interestingly it took them 4 seperate transactions to do so as i looked at all the trades done yesterday at 42.85 and that is what they add up to. Weird or what ?
