29/5/2020 16:23 | What I was told there may be up to 10 families need to sell, but small properties Las week a lady sold "40 manzanas", which is lots of land These small ones are more against the company | ![]() book5
29/5/2020 16:17 | Ok. How many more parcels of land does Cnr need to complete the land acquisition program? Is it just one or two very strategic bits or just a stubborn old landowner or two holding out? | ![]() divmad
29/5/2020 16:07 | I have a friend a keep contact with | ![]() book5
29/5/2020 15:59 | Why? Do you have a relative in the village? | ![]() divmad
29/5/2020 15:11 | Hopefully I have news soon of more land purchases Small village, people realise who is negotiating. If familes say they are selling I should hear. | ![]() book5
29/5/2020 15:03 | That’s good another £765000 in the Condor kitty to add to the £6.6 million earlier in the week. Onwards and upwards! | ![]() 888icb
29/5/2020 14:59 | New rns Warrant conversion | ![]() book5
29/5/2020 10:06 | The upside is many multiples of the current share price just patience is needed. The drop this week was probably a good chance to top up. | ![]() 1airbag
29/5/2020 09:42 | Now up 4.8% on volume of 175000. We have raised £6.6 million to accelerate Condor towards production and are therefore more investable than we were at the beginning of the week. This should assist the rerate and one would expect this to move back to 60p and beyond fairly quickly. We need 55p for 10 days to trigger the next injection of funds. We have been referred to a number of examples where sorting finance has cased a significant rerate and it should now be the same here. | ![]() 888icb
29/5/2020 09:22 | Moving up again as 44p has just been paid. It’s been all buys so far apart from 2 tiny sells of 929 and 58. | ![]() 888icb
29/5/2020 09:10 | We are making a positive start with 3 tick ups taking us up 3% on volume of 88000. | ![]() 888icb
29/5/2020 08:56 | We have heard the bad news, now please update us the good news, as minimum the leapfrog in land purchases. That would help towards £1 | ![]() book5
29/5/2020 01:09 | Institutions buying... Hahaha watch it drop to below placing next week... Mugs galore | ![]() letmepass
28/5/2020 20:49 | Hopefully a tolling agreement is reconsidered. It should not be too difficult to generate cash from the Mestiza pit. | ![]() book5
28/5/2020 18:41 | Of course no RNS beforehand, but the need of raising funds for the next steps and possible ways to achieve that were discussed. We now have a moderate increase in shares raising 6M and will probably finance the rest via bank loans. I can nevertheless understand that traders with less knowledge of the company that just got Condor ob the radar recently have been surprised and are unhappy. I would just stay in instead of realising probable losses now but thats your business of course | ![]() oldiegoldie
28/5/2020 17:12 | no sorry book5 | ![]() 1airbag
28/5/2020 15:28 | Does anybody know how to upload photographs here? | ![]() book5
28/5/2020 13:41 | book5 - Re Canada and TSK - Yes you can play more games there than you can usually do on AIM - expecially Certificated warrants - though cannot tell from the rns (I may have missed it) if the warrants are dematerialised (i.e On Crest) or certificated - | ![]() pugugly
28/5/2020 13:04 | Rubbish . I don't recall seeing an RNS starting that they planned a fund raising anytime soon. And if they did, they would have plenty of time to allow existing shareholders into the placing via a OO. But no, same old advantage to the large shareholders and BOD. | ![]() divmad
28/5/2020 11:52 | Well a 16% haircut is not what I would consider massive dilution. We need some money and thats how you raise it. The placement was announced for weeks (or even months) beforehand, so everybody knew and it was discussed here in the forum. I am investend since the beginning and I am certainly not losing any confidence (rather gaining) | ![]() oldiegoldie
28/5/2020 11:43 | Assuming Advfn alogro allocating sell/buys correctly appears many investors have lost confidence in management and bailing out 1.624M shares bought -v- 2.312M sold as at time of posting. Cannot blame them - Dilution - dilution - dilution at such a significant discount after having been ramped up - Remember the share price Angel target price - Should have guessed a placing was under consideration | ![]() pugugly
28/5/2020 11:40 | Canada becoming a more important stock exchange for us | ![]() book5
28/5/2020 11:38 | One of them probably bought more than 3% to 5%. so, some rns pending in that front too.? | ![]() book5
28/5/2020 11:20 | Gold is having a good day today up 18 to 1728. Condor is in a much stronger position than it was yesterday with that extra £6.6 million in the bank and more to come once we get back to 55p. I think that institutional investors buying in will really put us on the map. | ![]() 888icb
28/5/2020 11:07 | I bought more this morning at around 40p. 2 days ago this was trading at 60p. Buy the dips. | ![]() 1airbag |
