If spreading false news is a crime in Nicaragua, I'm not surprised Mark wants to sell up and get out quick.

The definition of a present being something you don't need to buy, this is further evidence that 888, if not actually MC, must a close relative or at least a graduate of the same training academy.

I am bringing arguments to invest at these levels, probably even the directors need them too
Really Read me
The rest of the posters are negative with the exception of 888 whose only argument is to buy this bcs it is a present, however he does not elaborate

Mark's BFFThe government of Nicaraguan dictator Daniel Ortega has finally brought formal charges against a bishop it has been holding since August 19, accusing him of "conspiracy to undermine the integrity of the nation" and "spreading false news."

I see 'book5' is talking his usual clap trap - the poster is totally deluded, ever since Condor put the 'for sale' notice up 'book5' has taken over this forum, the machine gun posts are deliberate and negative for a purpose, who is 'book5s' master.

The entity now suggests there will be no offer above 20%-40% the current share price - 'book5' must be a genius, he advises on just about everything relative the project.

Maybe his chums would like to partake in the sale process, maybe 'book5' has connections to a company that wants to acquire Condor.

Book5 is here for a purpose, he wants to destroy sentiment - posing as a 'local' he feels he can have sway in the sentiment stakes.

Ask, why has 'book5' gone into posting overdrive since Condor put themselves up for sale.

Ignore the fellow, he is here to destroy value, but for who's benefit???

888's agenda = CNR's agenda
both agendas (ramping with not end) have unfortunately not been good for the PIs' long term interests

one day 888 will get it right, lets hope it comes soon

888, if there is one thing I've learnt in the 12 years. of my experience in the world of AIM it is that companies do not give retail shareholders gift.to suggest that is what this is, is laughable and either naive, wishful thinking or, posting to an agenda

888 why would you buy at 16.47p when you can buy virtually unlimited amounts at 15p in the "apply for amounts in excess of you allocation" share offer ?

Around 4.5 million shares have been traded in December
If they are pis selling to buy cheaper at 0.15 than equals to around £0.675 million
It is good to see share price is above 15p
I hope we raise at least £1.5 million by this oo

IMHO

Christmas presents have not arrived here yet.

as we stand, no offer more than 20% - 40% above current market cap should arrive.
we need news in order for the price to go up
possibilities are:

-1-we buy all the land and details of land swap are revealed
-2-we have a toll mining agreement
-3-we have a joint venture

Till any of the above materialises it us unlike that the market will price this higher

point 1 - is very easy to achieve, we need to finally negotiate and pay the asking price for the coop.. Owning the land will open the door to the arrivals of offers to buy la India
point 2- probably requires we keep la mestiza during the duration of the toll mining agreement. IMHO this is very achievable if we reduce our profit to entice calibre to participate. It may require investment which we could finance through a gold loan.
point 3- it is a long shot, but if point 2 works then maybe we could raise a gold loan from the gold extracted by the toll agreement that allows us to finance our share of the capex

lets raise the finance and buy the rest of the India's land
lets do a toll mining deal
lets make the company leaner, times are tough

People are buying today all those trades at 16.47p shown as sells are in fact buys. I know that because one of them is mine. So currently today Buys far outweigh the sells.

We don't avoid dilution because he gets a lot of warrants

It's not fair to shareholders, long, short or crewcut

'Gift horse'? Is it a gift then? Like a Christmas present? They ran the company off a cliff and we have to cough up to rescue something from the wreckage, Happy Christmas.

What do we get for new year, a toboggan up the *rse?

The Chairman, Director and Largest Shareholder has already given the Company£1 million via CLN into shares at 15p. So he has shown a major commitment and this open offer process is simply to allow shareholders to buy in at the same 15p price as Jim and avoid any dilution. It’s being fair to long term shareholders. But people are free to look a gift horse in the mouth if they want to.

book5 - you clearly have access to local knowledge and as such a lot of your posts are very informative. However your view is far from unbiased as you have rightly or not sided with the miners.
As such i treat a lot of your posts with caution as they are not exactly objective.

As for saying that we have been robbed - i put it to you that you are engaging in careless and wholly unsubstantiated scaremongering.Whether this is being done to serve
an agenda or just careless chat is largely irrelevant - at a time like this you would do well to think before typing potentially inflammatory statements like that.

You do not know what is going to happen here so please stop pretending that you do.

Sometimes it is best to say nothing.

No offence intended.

Meanwhile Gold had a good rise this afternoon pushing above 1820 at one point. Very helpful when selling a gold company to have a rising gold price that is higher than the one used in the BFS.

Yes Corrientes there is so much high grade gold and nobody seems to value this at the moment
It is like being hungry in a supermarket in Germany with millions of old pesetas in a suitcase, and someone tells the suitcase owner his pesetas are worthless, so he leaves the suitcase. Then someone else takes the suitcase to the Spanish central bank in Madrid and converts them into modern euros.
somehow it looks like We have been robbed here
