Onehanded, I'm impressed - you were right about news in pipeline. Good intuition or good connections? Hope you're also right about share price onwards and upwards. Looks as if the foundations are well in place. If new product comes on line in Q2 then we haven't got a lengthy wait - orders are hopefully already pouring in. R&D is presumably market led so they must be producing it for specific customers. Incidentally, what's happening to that bid claim of yours?

Going to test 30p and hopefully on to the next point of 40p. Told you that deal after divi. This coulds mean a major upgrade by broker and should get some interest from larger investors. Not much stock around. A good start may well see this at 28p very quickly.

I was going to sell at 29p but this could just be about to lift off so methinks I`ll get strapped in for the ride-still waiting on China etc,etc as previously alluded to by the top man.

Joint development with Thales is very good news. For newcomers to CNC, prospects were good even without this announcement. However, as you're already finding, CNC is a very illiquid share. Any trade of 5k or more is normally delayed. You'll only know today's trading at the end of the day. The really good news about today's announcement is that the benefits are expected to begin to register from Q2. I think we can look forward to the price rising steadily from here.

I think a bigger move will come tomorrow - it has been nearly 2 hours since the announcement and so far there have only been 8 trades (that we know of)...press comment in the papers tomorrow will see further gains, especially when the bottom line impact is seen in black and white...

with the mkt cap at just £14.5million, this deal is bound to have a very large impact on the bottom line.......all time high of 50-ish could be tested within the next week as a result...
