25/2/2015 15:27 | It is difficult for any company to admit to market manipulation !!!!!! AIMVHO | caledoniaman1
25/2/2015 15:15 | The RNS was rather muddled...this looks more like a boardroom war than a failed business. There are many ways to make a firm look like a loss maker. They said that the core business has business on reduced margins. If the profits are not there then they need to chop head counts, consolidate the various enterprises to make the bottom line worth something. Just three months ago they paid the final installment for a takeover early. Well if they knew the company was building up losses then why do that scenario?. It looks more like a fall out at top management level coupled with market manipulation. I emailed the company about five hours ago to answer this question....was this loss a paper loss through depreciation of assets or was it a real trading loss caused by mis-management?. So far no answer. | ibug
25/2/2015 14:43 | sirra you have nailed it....only reason we are finding out now is they are trying to chuck mud at each other....go on to lse site and enough to break your heart on peoples life savings been trashed here... happened to me in tech crash i lost £30k alone on marconi..and lost £70k all in the tech crash which was 10 years work and saving with no holidays/new car etc etc... seems ironic db coming to vmp made me back huge amount when share price went to 0.75p? question you have to ask are they ALL crooked??? | comedy
25/2/2015 14:36 | TBH ...the whole BoD is culpable for this fiasco not just DB. They have all sat on dire performance and must have known about wher the company was headed once KPMG took over and still the last trading statement just 2 month's away from year end stated all was fine and on track. Maybe a takeover approach after the results may be best thing to happen to COMS....!! | sirraman
25/2/2015 14:10 | isn't AIM brilliant. | deanroberthunt
25/2/2015 13:53 | GOING BUST, SHOULD BE RENAMED CONS | kirk2
25/2/2015 13:16 | ps market likes to play the volume so they have massive vollume today...next week where will share price be to generate the volume? | comedy
25/2/2015 13:15 | treeshake todays rns smacks off bod fight otherwise we would have never known about it...fact is he put in requisition friday and we only learn about it today??? seems to be bod are trying to get the dirt out today which they must have been sitting on for a while???...doesn't inspire any confidence in current bod at all... with DB you know there will be deals done and people to follow the pied piper... so if he can take over and show direction share price will gain...otherwise coms will trundle along...and if he goes will the best go with him??? not supporting db either as looks like they all kept quiet on losses to the detriment of pi's??? | comedy
25/2/2015 13:14 | those intangibles will get hammered so expect there could be a huge headline loss.. kitchen sink job? | still waiting
25/2/2015 13:10 | barnet...think the finance debacle happened before last year...and at time aid they would get director in blah blah...the one bod are moving up he wants out and chairman...and chairman is pointing finger re:small buy he didnt tell them about?? all kinder garden stuff... some lucky punters are going to make some money trading it... but in all seriousness would you be happy to buy 250k in these and leave for a while??? knowing like many placing coming and are they going to be placing at 2p? 3p? or 0.75P or 0.5p??? so who is going to win fight and who is going to come in on placing? bucket shop get this up so pi's chase it higher and they get placing away? exciting but risky and likely to have capital loss until the unknowns cleared up??? ie how can several million disappear in under 6 months? | comedy
25/2/2015 12:57 | Where is the value here? Losing millions boardroom argument, high market cap....little cash. Why is this not at 0.2? If Breith gets forced out and takes the best with him...what is left to justify this market cap? Genuine question... | barnetpeter
25/2/2015 12:44 | A cash call may have ready been done at day 1.2 prior to the news today | treeshake
25/2/2015 12:43 | desperation ramps .... | citytrader007
25/2/2015 12:13 | Getting ready to get back in, have the monitor to inform me when it drops back on the offer to .90p. Sadly am going out later so might miss the next bounce but I'm sure there will be other chances. Never worth selling at these sort of prices, any placing is far enough away not to count towards short term trading | sweepie2
25/2/2015 12:12 | Joe, get in WSG, you will get you're money back in 6 months I guarantee. All the very best | benson01
25/2/2015 12:08 | Stupidly bought some more yesterday thinking all is well in the garden, sold out today and lost over £5k. | joeblogg2
25/2/2015 12:00 | The only definite outcome here is another cash raise. Whichever director wins will want to dilute the loser and will use a fund raise to fix the cash crisis and dilute the leaving director...You would be mad to buy shares until this plays out. | fgump |
