Maybe KPMG.. appointed in Sep have gone through the full accounts and found all the holes... ??

When KPMG were appointed Derek McAllan, Audit Partner of KPMG, said:

"We are delighted to have been appointed as auditor of Coms and have been very impressed with the work Dave and his team have done in the recent past in transforming the Company's fortunes. It is clearly a business with an exciting future and we look forward to working together."

So what has changed ?? Also why state "several" million when they could have put an approximate figure on this by now ??

Maybe worth taking a punt if the decks are cleared and we see the full revenues but we will not know until the results ..whenever they get finalised..

solank, I wasn't here at 10p you moron

just because a company needs cash does not make it a poor long term bet.

i just can't see how the share is going to recover..

'substantial losses' don't just vanish overnight,a discounted placing must surely be on the way.

Seems very strange have to admit When all the hype was being bandies around & how VMP with DB on board would move forward that has been a disaster too & currently suspended Ab it woolly re statement re several millions loss How many millions is several!!!!!? I am sure someone will tell me but what is the big deal with DB buying £500 worth of shares Is it because they were in a closed period. I agree that it appears the exec have fallen out. Presently not a holder but feel for those that are in I hope that all turns around. Hopefully they will put measures in place to sort their costs out. Not much point in keeping the taps on in the bath if the plug isn't fitted properly! GLAHs

It might be back to same price comedy but is. There not many millions more shares so mcap still a lot higher than when he took over ?Does all look odd though someone getting all the dirty linen out in the open maybe someone is going to try and mop up a lot of really cheap stock as all around sell up ???

Surely it can not be acceptable for the board to suddenly dump this news at shareholders feet
"As a consequence, the Board expects that the Company will report a substantial loss for the financial year ended 31 January 2015 of at least several million pounds."
A half year loss of £400k before becomes "several millions". What sort of an ambiguous irresponsible statement is that.
Surely they must produce monthly management accounts, and therefore have had an idea of increasing losses. As such, therefore surely the markets should have been warned.
Maybe the focus should be on that kind of incompetence rather than whining about Breith spending £800 on shares in July.

all companies need money, anyone new here just needs to treat it as a start up

same risk except the infrastructure is already in place

disagree, its bad management yes, not the end of the game

the business worked, and can work again, it just needs to sort the bad names out, directors were buying here at 10p remember
