well remember last year bandying about 30p a share??? a fellow investor was going to put more here and look back in 5 years to share price growth and dividends???

instead now he would be back to work and forget plans of early retirement...think will look in after all the back stabbing has finished and new lick of paint is added for next share price growth?

think I'll wait till after the cash raise, TERN has already had theirs with MWC highlighting IoT next week, a big week for those in the mobile space.

Those who will take up the placing (at a price lower than it is today) are the ones selling. Only mugs are buying their stock. That's how the AIM casino operates.

Can see why DB wanted the finance director out! CEO should know what is going on in general terms, but they count on CFO to keep the sums correct!

Easy money when it drops back through 1p, could well bounce and decline several times this week, earning punters 15-30% each time

After buying up a few company's the asset value of plant/ machinery/equipment etc may have been depreciated by the new accountants/ auditors in other words a paper loss. And it certainly looks like the BOD have a battle between themselves.

Email for Dave Breith

"All,

You would of seen the RNS today, I apologise for this and hope that you understand that me calling a requisition notice would have been the last resort.

There have been a lot of things going on with Coms, and me calling the notice I truly believe is best for its people, the company and its shareholders so I had to make this call and I also have all of the staff are behind me.

I hope you appreciate it would have been far easier for me to just walk away from all of this, however I have chosen to remain and stick up for what is right.

I remain fully committed to this business.

Dave"

It will be interesting to learn how much of the loss can be attributed to depreciating fixed assets in light of news published over the last six months.

If the company has failed to depreciate fixed assets etc each and every year it can cause a large paper loss in the accounts. But until we see the detail we won't know the definitive truth.

That RNS looks more like a panic statement.
