JC

By 'chatting' to SG, I think you have proved Loverat's point. Why else would you make such an association?

JC made four fatal slip ups which revealed his intentions and ultimately led to who in fact he actually is and who is behind this attempt to entrap those who seek truth and justice. In fact so many careless slips up that at one point I thought the e-mails might even be genuine. There is a small but determined band of people whose interests are tied up with the offenders. I suspect that they will soon learn that it is not wise to obstruct or distract us from achieving our goals.

Interesting that JC should say that I may face a court order to reveal who I have been receiving information from.

Who is going to make such an application?

The directors of COMG?

Yes - this made me laugh too - 'I do not fancy being contacted by the company or the directors'

The chance would be a fine thing! I have never heard such a load of old rubbish in my life. The directors are around and have not made one contribution to the debate here.

Well, if receiving a writ is the only way I or others will receive some input here from COMG/LDC directors then I hope they go ahead. Perhaps then we will finally get some answers and explanations.

The last e-mail.

Hi ------

I saw your post on ADVFN. I cannot say I am comfortable with you revealing on ADVFN that you are receiving information about COMG by email. Primarily because you could be forced to reveal this information by a court order. I do not fancy being contacted by the company or the directors.

I am still awaiting proof of who you are. I revealed my identity, but it was not quid pro quo. Before I can give you anything else, and I've even found a website that would be of interest to you, I want to know who I am dealing with. The last thing I want to do is end up on the receiving end of a writ.

Can you please send your home and work telephone numbers, so I can be sure who you are.

Regards

J.C.

Hi There,

My username at ADVFN is John Cooper. I don't post on the BB, I just read the threads. I can make a post if you wish to prove where I am located. I know that you have a tracker on the BB, so you can tell where I am. You obviously have the same fears that I do. But I am reluctant to say anything on the BB for obvious reasons. I need to prove that you are not connected with COMG.

Regards
John

My reply......

Hi there.

I will have to think about that as you will appreciate that I too am wary of who I speak to and have received alot of e-mails - some of which are not genuine.

Firstly, could you tell me which name you post under on ADVFN?

By the way I do hope you have not been impersonating shareholders in COMG. If so, that could be an extremely serious matter indeed.

Subject: COMG

Hi Loverat

I've heard that you are after information about COMG and their directors. I've also been researching them and found some interesting stuff. I do know that there's been some underhand dealings at London Asia. But I'm reluctant to share more unless I know who I am dealing with. Like you, I believe that the directors of COMG have been posting on the ADVFN BBs. So I'm very wary of sharing the information unless I am certain of who I'm talking to. I need to confirm your name, home and work address and your telephone numbers. I can then check these with directory enquiries to make sure they are correct and that you are not one of the directors of COMG. If I am satisfied that you are not connected with COMG, then I will share what I know with you.

Regards

No, I think I would put the money on the next race. I am followed around these boards by all sorts anyway. By the way cougar6 - were you on my CHAT thread the other day?

Now let me think. If I had a big win at Cheltenham what would I do with my money? Give it to Edwin Coe or go bet my winnings on another horse?

"Action Group members will start following you around the boards"

good grief .

Here - this will keep you all entertained while we wait for explanations. I have erased the names of the posters on the receiving end to save them any embarrassment.

Important Notice

The latest legal bills have been distributed to each member. However, several members email addresses are no longer allowing the receipt of Action Group emails. The delivery return notice states that the email handler has been instructed to block emails from the Group Coordinators. Your legal account is seriously overdue and you could compromise your ability to receive compensation when we win. We have warned you. Don't come crying to us that you want to settle your legal bill after the event. You will be refused because you
decided to ignore all our warnings.

Two members in particular are singled out because they have persistantly ignored all requests to pay their share of the legal fees. They are:
----- an ------

It was noted by many Action Group members that ------ was celebrating winning a great deal of money on the horses at Cheltenham. Yet he was unwilling to settle the legal fees he had agreed to pay. Please be aware, Action Group members will start following you around the boards (where you are regular posters) to inform
other people that you welch on your agreements and are dishonorable.
This is your last chance to pay up before the Court hearings. After these, you will be excluded from any settlement negotiations. Which would be a pity, because with the number of shares you hold, it means you would be refusing many
thousands of pounds. The Action Group is trying to set a precedent that will protect Small Investors. If you can not be trusted to pay your bills, then
why should other small investors trust or even talk to you?

Please contact the coordinator to find out how much you owe the Group.

Or perhaps 'Lost for Choice' would care to come on here and refute any suggestion made by 'Whites123'?

Just give me a few seconds to un-ban you first.

The details you want are as follows:
If you wish to talk about your defamatory post, then you need to contact Anomalous/The Plaintiff's solicitors.
Their contact details are:
David Greene
Edwin Coe Solicitors LLP
2 Stone Buildings
Lincoln's Inn
London
WC2A 3TH
The email address is David.Greene@edwincoe.com
I would strongly suggest that you do so, because if you talk before he has to spend funds to locate your personal
details, then the less you will have to pay to settle the matter. You will have to provide your name and address,
otherwise the solicitors will not be able to contact you.

And over the last few days a poster called 'Would you believe it' has been disrupting another thread on this site.

I see this was posted in response:

Absolutely well said backpacker...

"Would you beleive it" could have spoiled the line of communication already...
Its not like he is "lost for choice" on where to post ..... is it.

Whites123 - I noticed you edited your post. If what you are saying is correct please come on here and say so. Unfortunately it is quite a serious matter and
potentially if people defending themselves thought it relevant, you could be ordered by the court to explain what your post meant.

I would just like to make one thing clear to those reading. Genuine people have nothing to fear - and the mails I am talking about were sent to me over a month ago.

Therefore no one I have been in contact with over the last few weeks need be concerned.

In my view this is a fight of good over bad. We have ample evidence of directors here flouting the rules - along with their cronies.

Tomorrow I will be posting the e-mail exchanges between me and two individuals who claimed to be shareholders in LDC/COMG. In my view their e-mails are dishonest and fraudalent and originated from people who have been exposed here and/or their friends. Make no mistake - they are very, very worried people and will do anything to slime their way out. And those that continue to assist the offenders will also be pursued very vigorously.

No way out guys - all the exits are blocked.
