Offerman / TG et all. What we would like to know - who has been drip selling 100k chunks since earlier this year, could be DL or NR as we don’t think anyone else outside of Lind has a large enough holding to do this with? We think that until that’s done the share price will peg lower than where it could be as its contributed to holding us back. We also think that its a brilliant curve ball that MJ and Schroders have stumped up cash to accelerate the companies plans - Lind must have been rubbing their hands together until that happened.

As I posted a bit back LK is quite an impatient chap and seeing his MO and his previous track record we don't think we have much longer to wait to see the next great step forwards will be. One huge point for us is the fact that we now have many other strings to our bow and are now far from a one trick pony especially with the frustrations we see in Spain.

Time as always will tell but we and our holdings have the upmost confidence in LK, or unlike so many we would not be invested and continue to top up, when timings allow.

Back to lurking.

A non UK resident does not have to declare his holding.

Morning Offerman,
Thanks for updating us on that, as TLMike has also said this should rise periodically if they stick to the recent pay/shares structure..

Yes and it makes it clear in the SO that they are continuing to buy at 5.1 monthly.

I'd be interested to know how to find out existing holdings of all the management so that we could monitor this on a monthly basis.

Not sure how upto date this is..

Leo Koot 3,523,427
Gordon Stein 1,877,337
Stewart Ahmed 1,845,280
Michael Stephen Douglas 1,472,917

As for those historical holders... are they still holders ??
Last declaration from DL was 2012 I think for 153m approx 7.5m in new shares
Probably not!

The existing mamangenent are continuing to purchase shares at 5.1 every month so I can imagine they will get the share price back to that level as quickly as they can and if they know something they are not letting us know about it could be achieved sooner rather than later, especially with the new focus and investments. IMHO

Don’t know, but looks like Bigmj took advantage of Schroeder’s soaking up millions of shares. Question is.. will Burggraben Holding AG do the same as they have in other shares?

And the two holders most likely to be selling are Neil Ritson and David Lenigas, or do they have so much confidence in the CERP board that they are holding onto their shares?

RE: Andrew Monk of VSA CapitalWe have a good number of major investors now...

Schroder Investment Management Limited,
Michael Joseph,
West Indian Energy Holding AS,
Rex Caribbean Holding Limited,
Geoffrey Leid, Svein Kjellesvik and Gelco Energy Inc.

Soon we should have Burggraben Holding AG added to the growing list.

Some are TR-1 notifiable some aren’t, others are locked in for time period..
both Micheal Joseph and Schroders adding to their already impressive holdings on the open market despite taking part in the forthcoming raise including Burggraben....
And that’s without the large pi’s sailing just below the threshold...

Watching BBC News24 and Sounds like Khashoggi has been confirmed as Dead by SA and that the US Congress don't believe the "story" that there was a fight. So will access to Oil start to dry up?

Thanks RD great info and it ties in with what I believe. I have suspicion there is going to be an Oil supply war and I'm getting into every Oil stock I can that is not based in the UAE or in the US. If we do see a supply issue then the prices in $pb are naturally going to go up, and those smaller prospecting companies will see increased investment and requirement from investors, and also IIV's as it's likely that all prospecting will need to be enhanced and bought forward which means more cash being made available to meet production needs. This may bring down share price in the short term but may also pay dividends to those who have a wide spread of investments as a % of companies will in those circumstances be fruitful.

Will be interesting to see what happens. I'm stocking up.

Arry I see the thread entertainer has gotten his landing wrong again - don't think I saw 3.5 on the bid today? It backs our thoughts on the intelligence of said fool and how it's impossible he or she is working alone. We suspect he/she needs their bottom wiping and packed lunch preparing each day but that is conjecture on our part of course.

3.7p bid already,I can see Cerp hitting my 3.5p on the bid, probably today. Will the share price go to 3.5p offer? Quite likely. I am nearly as good as 12bn when it comes to forecasts for Cerp prices. :)
