17/10/2018 15:02 | toploadermike - exercise and a high fibre diet has it's benefits! | arrynillson
17/10/2018 14:56 | Another gentle movement again today. So far anyway. | toploadermike
17/10/2018 14:25 | SmoggyG - don't know - you tell me why someone who says they have no financial interest in CERP feels motivated to post poorly researched negativity on here almost every day, probably before they have even brushed their teeth in the morning! | arrynillson
17/10/2018 12:43 | 'hate' arry, why on earth would I hate Cerp? I am afraid you are being silly again,as usual. | smoggyg
17/10/2018 10:32 | SmoggyG - sometimes you have to consider the possibility that a change of management and strategy can influence the outcome - you seem to be grudgingly moving in that direction but all that hate you seem to harbour does seem to weigh heavily on your shoulders and impairs your judgement - juuuuuuuuuust let it goOOOOOOOOOOO! PS - I'm not really that optimistic for an epiphany here as someone who goes to the trouble of killing off a discredited moniker for a fresh start and then regularly mentions 12bn doesn't seem to be able to think things through logically but anything is possible with 12bn! | arrynillson
17/10/2018 08:32 | Same old, same old here, issue shares at ever lower prices and then wipe holders out with a 20:1 consolidation! Rinse and repeat. Like 12bn I sold out at 3p old money, that is 60p by todays standard and Cerp is still the same as LGO, who issued shares like confetti to pay the bills. Why did NR do it? He gambled with punters money to make it big,who lost out? Holders lost out, some had bought shares at 4p,5p,6p only to see a 20:1 consolidation at 0.12p. They will never get their money back but the desire to try will cause many to throw good money after bad,sad really. | smoggyg
17/10/2018 07:03 | Columbus is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement of 15 October 2018, it has today posted a circular (the "Circular") to Shareholders regarding the conditional placing of 71,428,571 new ordinary shares in the share capital of the Company (the "Placing Shares") at a price of 3.5 pence per share//// 71,428,571 new shares! This will inevitably take the share price down to 3.5p and probably lower. If you want an example of what happens after big placings then look at Cerps share price now compared with the 5p placing.NR did several placings here (when the company was LGO) and the share price fell and fell, only when Leo took over did it rise fast. The real reason for the falling share price is Cerp/lgo has always been a cash loser,it still is. Maybe one day LK will buy enough add ons to turn Cerp into a profitable company but it will be at the expense of present holders, via dilutions. | smoggyg
17/10/2018 00:15 | Sorry for the above links but worth investigating being aware IMHO.. | toploadermike

16/10/2018 20:33 | Have to say bigmj was quite tolerant on his reply, I am not sure I would have been On his risk reward about being called greedy. For me he is an important investor to CERP, and a reason why a few of us here continue to invest. Don't bite the hand that feeds you , springs to mind. Who doesn't want a discount when purchasing a large ticket item. Some people need to get real, unless you are not a real investor and maybe there are a few on this B&B Thanks bigmj for your support is what investors should be happy about. Jeezaloo Regards...Kazz | kazz
16/10/2018 20:31 | So smoggy has an identity crisis? Looking at his posts and of his alter ego 12bn one can say without any question this is not the only thing this person struggles with. Arry the boys and I salute your attempts to reason with what appears to be pond life, if it’s of any comfort we have our eye on him... I shall leave you to it. best of luck.. Smoggy if only your past investments were as on point as your grammar but clearly you're eyesight leaves much to be desired. I note your wit, investment choices and your personality are all on the same plane. | eggchaser
16/10/2018 20:27 | Leo Coat...Gets my vote !!! Repeat 5 time before bedtime and you'll have it cracked. | ride daice
16/10/2018 19:46 | SmoggyG - last time I looked share price was well up under LK's management, including the Placings, bopd is also substantially up and that's before the low hanging fruit is plucked. Doesn't bother me you aren't invested - just keep on telling us how 12bn was so great he had to be inexplicably withdrawn and replaced by you - does wonders for your credibility SmoggyG/12bn - whoever you are today! | arrynillson
16/10/2018 19:10 | From bigmj Today 17:13 -------------------- RE: Sp vs placing... my average overall is circa 2.5p so doesnt look too shabby an investment and will be happy to see how it looks in a year or two but thanks for your investment advice London. If you saw my tax return every year you would see how foolish your comments are but thanks anyway gave me a good laugh. If I was you I wouldn't risk your pocket money here if you are that nervous, better to buy some sweets or some ==================== From bigmj Today 17:19 -------------------- RE: Sp vs placing... what I take of fence to is being called "greedy" , we secured a 7% discount, its a great deal for shareholders and far from us being greedy, genuinely it helps the company and is far better than Lind draw down. Anyway will take a back seat and just read the board here from time to time until the dust settles | nexus7
16/10/2018 19:07 | arry,12bn warned you to sell at 7.25p but you wouldn't listen. He admitted to underestimating the Koots affect on the share price but everyone is fallable. Mainly though he was totally correct, more dilution and a falling sp,just like under Ritson. This is a loss maker and its only chance is a successful deep drill. You would be better taking the plank out of your own eye than the speck in his. :) | smoggyg
16/10/2018 18:06 | worst performance for ages. About time it bucked up, I'm here to make money not watch it sky dive without a parachute since around this time last Year almost. | keiwi
16/10/2018 17:42 | toploader - SmoggyG/12bn threads are for nutters only - sensible people post with jsg - I feel sorry for him so I reply - he did filter me for an eon but I still replied to his posts - took him ridiculous time to realise he was being shafted every post! | arrynillson
16/10/2018 17:03 | SmoggyG - if I'd have taken that buffoon 12bn's advice I'd have sold at 2p so wouldn't be in a position to sell at 7.25p so I don't follow the argument! Why are you raking up old arguments from a discredited poster who you claim is not you - I'm thinking you haven't really thought this through Smoggy! Notice the fall back position of cut and paste - wasn't that 12bn's MO? | arrynillson

16/10/2018 16:32 | How many shares did you sell at 7.25p,like 12bn advised arry? You can nearly buy 2 Cerp shares now for every 1 that you decided to keep! LOL It is the holders that have stumped up for LKs salary and shares,it is their dilution! Is Cerp now profitable? NO,it was showing a group loss of nearly £5m per year in the last results (£2.465m loss in 6 months). | smoggyg |
