Morning VLNice to hear from you . Nice buy and well timed. I'm fully loaded as much as I could muster. I only have just over 1.3 million but am content and lucky to have been able to buy at these lower amounts . 2.69 recently .

Offerman,

If you take the most recent RNS releases and interviews they did say they have submitted several proposals and in the interview he said they're now in detailed discussions in SA. That's a step in the right direction. Timing of completion is unknown but it sounded as if they were making some progress. If any of these contain multiple assets it could take time for sure. He did say he was talking to a national oil company so I took that to be in Suriname, although could possibly be Ecopetrol too.

12bn - I didn't buy any shares at 7.25p but I was comfortable to hold rather than sell in the 2p area based on your misinformation regarding the progress of the company.

Since you advised sale of shares in the 2p area the company has morphed into a 6 field producer meeting the 1000 bopd peak target production in Q4 and moving into very comforting financial territory stimulating LK to forecast ALL GROUP COSTS to be covered in Q1.

There is currently weakness in the share price and investors have to use their own judgment to decide on their buy/sell or hold strategy - they could take your advice but you just hate CERP for some reason and post misinformation to gratify yourself - I could understand it if you were making money on a failing market but you tell us you have no financial interest - a very strange situation.

Does seem that way. Originally LK said large acquisition would be complete by end of 2018, now either that's fallen apart or there are a lot of T&Cs to cross off hence the delay. So I'm expecting two RNSs One for M&A sign offTwo - Partnership for SWP drilling . LK said this year will be transformational so early days yet but the clock is ticking for this . Plenty action to come with massive SWP drilling , M&A , bang for back revenue stream from current assets.
