Offerman - I have just followed up Irenekrapp's post to you from 12/10/2018 on LSE.

This forecast from LK of covering ALL GROUP COSTS in Q1 2019 is an exceptional milestone in the history of CERP - for too long trolls have misrepresented CERP financials through ignorance!

This is not for me at the present time Garnheim. The market cap is too high,£21.2m (Turnover (m) Profit (m) EPS - Basic PE ratio Mkt Cap (m)
OIL & GAS PRODUCERS 4.8 -5.0 -0.94 0.0 21.2)
and LK seems to be doing an NR by issuing shares on a regular basis. I sold out in the 3p area (equal to 60p now) and I am reluctant to rejoin. The main op for cerp imo is the SWP area if a DEEP well to 12000ft can be drilled but it will be very expensive and very risky. I am expecting another cash raise here soon and the constant big sells look very much like pre-placing forward selling but it is all guess work and opinion.

12bn - just refresh our memories - why does any selling on CERP ' stink of a Placing being forward sold ' whereas when you hold stock you rule out such an eventuality even when you had your trousers taken down at KOD by the Chinese @0.13p - what are you like 12bn?

I thought that a while back egg. But then they would reappear offloading shed loads.Really weird how there has been no notifications RNS.Of course they are probably below the threshold but with the amount they have offloaded then below 3% like you say shouldn't be too much longer. Any whiff of good news Buys will come in this will rise significantly back to 5p and then some depending on the type of news. Get nearer SWP and we will see this rise further with or without a partner

Hi Guys, just checking in
I understand why people get nervous when the share price drops, if you are selling or we are raising cash then of course thats not good, however the company and assets you have invested in have not changed and I remain 100% certain that patience will be rewarded here.
If you have doubts or need the cash then sell, otherwise hold and be rewarded or be brave and use these dips to top up (as I have many times). I keep in contact with LK and he continues to have my full backing
