I hope you fellas didn't miss the most important line in today's release:

"We are confident of executing a value-accretive acquisition in 2018."

Regards,
Ed.

Who knows, on one hand LK is not a patient man on the other it's one step at a time without getting ahead of things. The first true foray into Bonasse may persuade him as to the way to go.

It would be absolutely great if you were right Carpadium. Time will tell.

The last 12 months have whizzed by (I'm old), the next 12 will see the SWP drilled, hopefully a bloody deep one. Barring external factors I'll stick my neck out and predict a 20p price by then, a 400%+ climb from present day. More confident in CERP than in any other investment I've made over the past 38 years.

The only bang the LTH's getting for their invested buck is one from the brick wall! Sorry, couldn't resist. :0)

I am sure Leo would've done due diligence on the lost well. Firstly, was the potential there for the well that Ritson thought worth spending the money on (un-insured)? Secondly if it was worthy for redrilling/side tracking, Leo will have the opportunity to apply his expertise to get some bang for lesser outlay?...

Unfortunately offerman, we ain't getting any answers on the BB's. Now that they have a PR company (guy) handling Q & A, expect more 'clear as mud' answers. Still no new Q & A updates on the website. As soon as you a get a PR company involved, my experience has shown the company is being inundated with questions and can no longer find time or collate answers. Besides, Leo will be busy flying another drone and preparing for another interview. May be we should send our questions to the BRR Media guy.

Yes that makes sense but was just wondering what the costs involved would be to revisit it later ? Maybe as well LK would get a better job done on it too more expertise better crew etc

I wonder how much it would cost to drill a new well next to the stuck gy669. Or sidetrack as I think it was Holly that recently mentioned .

I remember rossannan advising to buy from 3p down to 0.12p old money,I wouldn't listen to him!

Well done and thanks for trying though. I fully expect Leo to divulge and explain why in the next update at the start of July . If he doesn't then questions and doubts will start creeping in.

Just to update, the question I sent to the BOD this morning was answered by Camarco who are apparently carrying out PR on CERP's behalf. As you would expect from a PR company, there were a lot of words but little explanation as to why the end of year production could be less than the lower case announced in December and significantly less than the higher case.

Dodge - don't let facts get in the way of a good story - they had cash of $4.1 million at 31/03/2018 - I'd like to see where you believe the money has been spent as most on here are moaning LK is too frugal.

12bn - I've just read the post from pr100 here reproducing the VSA broker report - I know you have a limited concentration span but I do believe you could get the flavour of how things have changed with CERP from glancing at that - that 25p target is more than a 10 bagger based on your recommended sell price of 2p some weeks ago!

I thought this company was supposed to be profitable now. The second half of the year was worse than the 1st 6 months by the looks of it and that was when oil prices were higher.

Much of the 4 mill cash they had will have been burned by now.

12bn - Over- priced or what you say! Or What is the answer - accounts are always interesting but you have to read them in context - there is a new team in charge and they are gaining production from existing wells rather than the old drill until kill ( for the company! ).

You tell us the new team make no difference but time and time again the production figures prove you wrong - if I got facts wrong as often as you I’d give up posting 12bn!

The company you promote KOD makes losses but people buy there because they have been convinced the future is rosy when hurdles have been jumped - similar story here at CERP, except that profitability is much closer with CERP than KOD.

I’m still a bit confused as to why you think posting tosh on here will persuade readers to buy KOD especially as people know you advocated selling here at 2p and buying KOD at circa twice the current level - you are the only poster I know with a mantra - SELL LOW BUY HIGH 12bn!

holly, your post 4734 is exactly how I see it. We also seem to be falling well below target for the end of 2018, so nothing to get excited about. 800 bopd won't do anything to raise the sp, so we can only hope that the 'big deal' is achieved before then and gives us an immediate increase in total production.

I don't want to sound negative either but the company can't issue targets which generate enthusiasm and then change their mind without explaining why. Sad to say that up to now, I haven't seen anything that makes me think that my investment is well placed or that the description of expertise within the company is justified.

Please bod, prove me wrong.

Rossannan, you always seem to post a comment after I have made a post. Please don't bother, because you are on filter.
