11/6/2018 12:33 | Should we not be getting an rns about the total number of shares in issue because Leo has had 6 months half salary equivalent issued to him? Which might even give a clue to how much he is earning!...(may be one for the Finals). EDITED: It is actually 12 months equivalent....not SIX. | holly day
11/6/2018 12:28 | offerman, I certainly wouldn't use the case that the directors should buy shares because the PI's are adding....each to their own circumstances. My point was that they are in greater know than any of us. Some, if not all, directors have shares options or part remuneration in shares. If Leo's banging the drum about a 1/2 bill company and directors know exactly how things are going, the lack of purchases by them suggests to me that it not yet a 'no-brainer'.... certainly not in the short/medium term. On the directors shares ownership, I have question for anyone who is able to answer... Do the directors have to declare ANY holding and do they HAVE to notify selling even a few grand worth of shares? I ask because Leo took half his fees in shares for the 1st 6 months. Is he required to declare any sales from that? TIA. | holly day
09/6/2018 16:44 | Excellent point about why haven't they added to their holdings when many of us have and continue to do so ( me soon as new monies arrive hoping 300-400k more as I'm still very very confident . Just need more clarity about the wells Less hype about big deals that might not actually materialise , less hype about stimulation wells when all they do is fall back. It's not easy for LK and teamNor is for us but he needs to keep the honesty going as he had several times I.e faulty valve etc. Maybe update every month wouldn't go a miss . Traders willAlways be around no matter what LK does he can't controlStop that . What he needsToFocus on is attracting further long term investors as he has done with Schroeder's . Traders will be traders no matter what and when , however , with decent news and progression all of the trading will have to be done at a higher levels benefiting all who invested now and earlier and traders so everyone wins. If newsflow is really good mc and share price will be higher and even traders can't push share price back down to 5 p or below levels if bews is positive and company is shown to be making great strides. | offerman
09/6/2018 14:27 | Going back over media (nicely linked a top of page) 161 wells, are available on the field, 60 are ripe for special stimulation, at the time of agm they announced they were doing 1 a week, it would provide a good reference if the 1yr anniversary, if we do indeed get one on the 15th June, had an indication as to how many actually got done, as I believe they have revisited stimulated wells within this timescale, possibly reducing overall number worked on. Also he did talk about commissioning a purpose built truck that could carry equipment needed to assist in streamlining process and providing greater mobility.. did this ever happen? | h van der h
09/6/2018 11:13 | Leo has certainly excelled in the past and he has put together a very good team, there is no doubt about that. However, I would like too see the fruits of this sooner rather than later. I would much prefer to have updates from the company on a regular basis rather than being subject to speculation or the workings of Leo's mind courtesy of rossannan. Leo / Gordon, if you are reading this, three monthly updates do not work on AIM. This company is still a minnow that has yet to prove itself. | the guardian
09/6/2018 10:47 | Ever since my bad bad judgement and prediction of 10p last December I've always had the self sense now to always base on low end targets now from experience in other stocks and also Decembers mistake but now always to the liking of some lse posters .Better to be low end then not dissapointed do anything higher well a nice surprise bonus of that's to happen . So definite low end for me here. Agree about as I stated earlier publish all results to date . Then revaluation targets have new lower end realistic targets if need be . No point over hyping things.Even if vsa lower target share price then so beit better to be realistic . I truly believe in LK and cerps future or I wouldn't be here but a more modest target might be best option . | offerman
09/6/2018 10:16 | TG, my comment earlier about attending presentations and asking questions was nothing but frustration and sarcasm!...and somewhat a cheeky dig at Rossannan! You and offerman, imo, echo the thoughts of a lot of shareholders at present. The mood may swing with the next two RNS's, we'll see. IMO, Leo needs to wake up to AIM and not still live in the rich world of TAQA. | holly day
09/6/2018 09:04 | Ross - people on here had the impression you were some sort of oil magnate - I believe you mentioned previously coverage of around 20 different companies and intimate knowledge of all Trinidad associated concerns! | arrynillson
09/6/2018 09:01 | offerman, I think the first step should be for the company to re-assess and publish its targets based on knowledge gained to date. At least we would then have a better feel where we are headed because as much as we want it to be true, it seems that the high case scenario is going to be unachievable. Being a mushroom in a share with a falling / dormant share price is not what I am here for. | the guardian
09/6/2018 08:45 | A full breakdown on the wells would be a decent move too- Each well at Goudron and elsewhere- Each result whether good or bad to show an overall picture of where things are heading with production - full WF results to date Just complete transparency on the whole company and financials Are they taking full salaries now too and how much. So everything laid out. | offerman
09/6/2018 08:34 | Spot on TGProof needs to be put in the pudding not just laid out in the receipt book.! I really like the guy and he certainly talks a good show but it needs to be more than this. Up to now I like what he has done apart from mentioning deals before materialisation and also not being so clear cut with all of the reworked wells. He has made good progress to date and I commend him and team for this but we really need a full update at start of July and full transparency no smoke mirrors stuff or hype. We need full facts figures about everything . And full realistic plans going forward. | offerman
09/6/2018 08:16 | offerman, exactly right.Too much hype and not enough achievement. As you say, those initial cleanups were taking less than a week and giving an extra 50 to 60 barrels.Extrapolate that to 200 barrels per month or 600 barrels per quarter. That was my expectation.Similarl | the guardian
09/6/2018 07:46 | Hi TG I agree about not updating after initial mention in interview. I also find it strange about how can you announce something about a massive acquisition in 2018 when so much can happen that could fail. Surely better to announce of facts rather than hype and hope. Not saying he won't as I believe he is a man of substance but just peculiar how you can announce something on that scale when nothing has been lined up !!! Personally I don't see 900bopd I see expect the low end target 630 as these wells decrease plus they have to stop start a lot . I know they are bringing in new equipment for the sand issue but I don't expect them to announce huge increases as WF won't have take hold yet. That takes six months There was a post on LSE can't remember who but said you get triple out of what goes on. Personally I don't see how that's possible . Sure you'll get out either what goes in or slightly less The thing that bugs me is this. What seems like eons ago I remember LK stood by a screen and charts so excited about each well increased production one from 10 to I think 70-100 bopd And lots of other wells also increasing . So wtf has been happening then to each of the one to two well PER WEEK that they stated we are now in June so surely these wells alone if increasing at the rates he said then daily totals should be very very high.At last update they weren't, why not ? Something didn't seem right as all that hype since that presentation webcast seemed to diminish somewhat . | offerman

08/6/2018 14:39 | They did seem pretty good on the q&a on the site but that's now dried up tooI don't mind so much so long as the next news is positive Iacos deal tied up Increased production WF update although I don't expect much increase as there will be a 6 month lag so the 3rd qtr update I expect a lot more. SWP progress update/ plans timeframesGeneral update on roadmap LKs targets for 1/2bpMC still on track ? Is the massive deal still on ? Always seemed strange to me he mentioned that as it's not worth mentioning a massive deal until pen to paper it there you go everyone is different I guess | offerman
08/6/2018 14:16 | Seems they are happy answering questions from the non-shareholders at presentations and conferences. May be you should attend one of those Rossannan! :0) | holly day
08/6/2018 10:40 | 12bn - they must be mad 12bn why sell now for around £12,000 when they could have got circa £5000 if they took your advice of some weeks ago - you really know your stuff! | arrynillson
08/6/2018 09:22 | Anyone else notice that someone is dumping 250k shares a pop here? Ominous. | 12bn |
