Ross -12bn seems desperate for attention - why not engage him - he would love that line ‘ what is it I’m saying that you disagree with? ‘ as he claims to have been a maths teacher ( must have been one of those free schools where they don’t bother with qualifications).

Spot on Ross. This is from 2011 Goudron field summary presentation “154 wells(drilled to date), >95 wells available, ~30 wells open” when they took over.. Nailing down how many are active at anytime has often proved difficult due to reporting methods such as in September 2014 a total for Trinidad and Spain combined was 81 wells.. 3 of which were new wells, I believe Spain had 14 active wells... in September 2015 88 wells are in production.. of which 14 are new wells... and Spain still had 14 active.. so it would appear lower producing wells were gradually coming off line.. a trend that probably continued for uneconomical wells as poo hit the floor!

Carpadium, there's also the costs associated with WF trials and ongoing water injection which presumably is not adding to the revenues.....yet. I would personally like to see a growing cash pile which encourages me to think that some of 2019 work can be brought forward or accelerate acquisition/partnership. I'd like to see two separate RNS's. The finals to get all the skeletons cleared and quarterly to contain upbeat forward statements. May even help rid the short term traders on 1st spike......ooops did I mention a spike?!

It'll also be interesting to see what cash is declared (end of Q1 $4.1m). Listening again to LK's last presentation and his comment on 'throwing off' nearly a million ($700K actually Leo) we all know not to confuse netback, just like CF+, with profitability. So what can we expect net performance to look like after deducting admin costs (albeit much reduced), directors' fees (albeit at 50%), workers' wages, plus (?)? Answer is probably none the wiser because Q2 update won't cover and finals six months out of date. We are, however and most importantly, virtually debt free.

I have consulted my crystal ball and it looks like the bid will drop from 4.90p today. Yours mystic 12bn.

Thar she blows cap'n. Good old mystic 12bn,correct again.

Oops. Nope. Wrong again. Non-mystic 12bn. Never let's you down with his predictions.

12bn - tells you something when your offer is not taken up - about as attractive as an invitation by Jeremy to come back to mum’s!

Well, the last 'Annual Financial Report' (LGO) was released on 5th May 2017. It'd be interesting to see whether we get a combine Annual+quarterly update. Else a lot of crossover points will be covered.

Thanks Rossannan. Just wondered how many are on line as we speak and whether others are considered to be less productive... may be the reason for acquiring others as stated in last two RNS's.

BTW, did you get an acknowledgement to your email?

Does any one here from the early LGO days know how many total wells they had on the go at any given time? Just curious as to how many might be being re-activated. Also be interesting to know how many are actually on line now. TIA./////// Yep but you need to ask me holly. :)

Reasonable question rossannan but I would bet that by value accretive they are set on a far bigger deal than securing 100% Icacos. And to be fair another 7 months in which to achieve it. Much more likely imo to be in the order of the 'multiples of current mkt cap' type deal he rather smugly referred to in 21/3 interview.

Tbh I'd be more happy to see the SWP deal and Icacos !00% signed off first before any more mention of additional deals.

Nearly half way through this year and doubt many of us expected share price to be lower than that of the start so it's natural that emotions, hopes and fears play snakes and ladders. I admit mine have. So worth stating, as we all know, LK has many talents and qualifications, top of the list I would say his quintessential, proven business acumen and that should provide the catapult to a higher trading range.

I take heart from his Q1 comment (and I'm sure he wasn't referring to Icacos):
An active M & A market exists in Trinidad and elsewhere in S America providing a number of acquisition opportunities. We are working hard to grow our footprint and are focused on completing at least one value accretive acquisition in 2018

After all, how many AIM tiddlers consider employing a dedicated M&A director?!
Inorganic growth, professionally handled, possibly ranks the most exciting outcome for all shareholders. GLA LTHs

Nexus Also to add they have also blocked being able to purchase the shares on a 10-12 day settlement without cleared funds in the account .I managed to do one a while back as I wanted in at a certain so a while ago as I was expecting funds to come in but the bank let me down on the time frames so I had to sell the top up shares made a small profit Next time I wanted to do it as I thought funds were coming in again they refused . So they don't like you buying shares then selling them within the window making a small profit and that's not even rolling them forward after settlement date . In a way thought I like what they're doing . It might persuade people to invest in a longer period of time this driving up the share price My funds are due any day now so I'm not going to even try purchase the shares without the funds as I'm wanting them for the roadmap anyway .

Hi Holly Totally agree about t trading here not existing at present . They will be on BPC UKOG and others massively . Leo is very shrewd and I think he has put pay to so many traders here although they will be back in droves on any news but he did say he wanted more stability rid traders . Agree Leo will hold true to his word on the update and I think he will deliver on the whole roadmap ....
