02/9/2020 09:16 | I won't sell either ! | 40 fathoms
02/9/2020 07:19 | I have had a good think about it and I don't want to sell my shares at 6.5p. I think the shares will fall back if the bid is killed but I still feel the long term outlook for the business is strong. Another factor for me is that if the share price is at 2.5p or 6.5p it only has a smallish impact on my savings. | w t tutte
01/9/2020 17:38 | The CE Mark does not provide you with the keys to the Magic Kingdom I can assure you. | nxc
01/9/2020 17:01 | I understand that it will require substantial capital to get the u.s version off the ground but with ce mark and validation alongside the excellent outcomes the product evaluation from actual cases in humans it has received then there will be opportunities for a partnership at that point. The elements point to very good market leading product, less invasive and cheaper, and with an ageing population with health insurance its win win. Yes hurdles have to be crossed but this is jumping in to streal the golden egg after its layed, before its hatched, meanwhile the surregate parent pi's have been pacing in the corridors for 3 years awaiting the birth | moontheloon
01/9/2020 16:54 | If you had followed the share partner agreements in place in various regions | moontheloon
01/9/2020 16:47 | Where do you want Chondro approved ? Getting a CE Mark does not create Nirvana - it would require significant investment to set up a distribution network. The golden goose that you are looking for is in the States and that will require a PMA - the cost of that would be about $20m - no partner has been prepared to take that on and AIM will not fund this level of investment. If you want an equivalent example of the destruction of Shareholder value by pursuing a rights issue look no further than Tissue Regenix. So yes the bidder is probably doing most Shareholders a favour. The conspiracy theorists that are of the view MWSR are not paying fair value and "stealing" the Company do a dis-service to the Board and their advisers - they are honourable people. | nxc
01/9/2020 16:43 | I've held, and added at some fortunate times only wish I'd added multiples of that I put in at 1.2p was speculative at a very Low point but I believed. Ce mark is just on radar short term this should be let to run that particular course before directors get a nice kick back and a new contract with a bigger company. Pi has been shafted. It needs a partner or buyer albeit at a higher mark. I have a decent return but not that which I have been patient for. | moontheloon
01/9/2020 16:31 | NXC,I thought we were told there was significant interest and multiple bids and offers ? You make it sound like the bidders are doing us a favour. Or why not sell off 100% or even 50% of the tissue business ? I get that Covid would temporarily impact things but weren't we getting close to cash flow break even. | 40 fathoms
01/9/2020 15:52 | To have some perspective on Shareholder return - if you were an EIS subscriber you will have made money - if you were not your loss is marginal using the following as an example; 2013 subscribe for 2m shares at 10p ( EIS) 2014 fundraise subscribe for 2m shares at 7p (EIS) 2017 fundraise subscribe for 2m shares at 5p (EIS) 2019 fundraise subscribe for 2m shares at 5p ( non EIS qualifying) Total Investment £540,000 net of Income Tax £408,000 Proceeds £520,000 | nxc
01/9/2020 15:20 | ... With my feet. Not going to waste any more effort on this company who have served themselves and left shareholders high dry and massively out of pocket. | interstellar
01/9/2020 15:18 | Dreams of higher valuations are just that - to ascribe value without the concomitant significant cash injection necessary to achieve that value needs to be taken into account. If the bid fell away you are looking at a sub 2p share price with a probable 1p fundraise. | nxc
01/9/2020 13:50 | If we formed a group to resist sale at this price it may be forced higher... Don't know where this has occurred before to my knowledge. The company is on the cusp of success and profit and even market leading in knee procedures otherwise vultures wouldn't have circled | moontheloon
01/9/2020 12:05 | Interstellar, how will you vote ? Sounds like you have had a gut full with this one ? | 40 fathoms
01/9/2020 12:03 | I am against the offer. | 40 fathoms
01/9/2020 11:14 | Think these are the employee share options and benefits being taken up prior to sale | moontheloon
01/9/2020 10:12 | Cos crock of sh%%. Been in since the heady heights of 13p and its just been one missed target after another yet still taken their bonuses and options. Woeful! | interstellar
01/9/2020 09:50 | See those announcements, management and shareholders still buying, this is getting interesting. | w t tutte
01/9/2020 08:01 | They obviously want to buy on the cheap and in most cases the directors will still have their jobs (after their shares are purchased) albeit under a bigger conglomerate where as the history and story for us is over. If we can get a group who agree the deal is not enough in our opinions then we are in our rights to do so. | moontheloon
01/9/2020 07:40 | Well it's up to shareholders to approve the deal they could have to raise their offer, I've been invested for 3 years and the gains are not enough for me. | moontheloon
01/9/2020 07:13 | They are getting a real bargain. With the Condro product approved and in market and more progress on contract manufacturing you could easily see this business worth 80 million. | w t tutte
30/8/2020 04:01 | Moon, you said "As a long term holder still think they done us abit" - Even after considering a bird in the hand and all that, you are spot on. Probably we will all be able to buy back in to the business when it is relisted in the US, at many multiples of the 6.5p price they will pay! | 40 fathoms
27/8/2020 16:55 | Nice one timbo - Crystal champage for you tonight? | pugugly
27/8/2020 16:10 | As a long term holder still think they done us abit as if offer came about after a CE mark rns for chondromimetic which is due anytime then the company market cap they were offering on would be already at the offer value.. And 6.5p for having no more part in the future growth of collagen solutions abit on the tight side imho | moontheloon
27/8/2020 16:05 | 6.14 to sell... Sellers on run up will be a tad kicking themselves | moontheloon
27/8/2020 15:41 | So what happens now? Share trading stopped? Is there anything to gain for holding onto them rather than selling now if trading still allowed? | moontheloon |
