27/8/2020 15:28 | I said more than likely rosen... And my 100k addition I bought just before takeover announcement now looking sweet at 1.2p . Good luck all and well done patient holders | moontheloon
27/8/2020 15:03 | It was always obvious (at least to me) that any offer would have to be at least 5p/share, as that was the price stumped up by investors for the last two funding rounds, accordingly I have been buying in dribs and drabs over the last few weeks, including 50K earlier this morning. How lucky was that 🤑 | timbo003
27/8/2020 14:51 | Well done great news for holders maybe MSYS is next! | csmwssk12hu

19/5/2020 16:51 | I think they will only get a multiple of the current share price if they can get a competition between 2 buyers or have serious financing offers which allow them to turn down anything. Timing is not ideal as all involved need to look through COVID. | 18bt
19/5/2020 11:52 | Thanks. Helpful reply. If true I can see quite a bit more upside yet leading to a possible bid, once the market wakes up to what is going on here. | plasybryn
19/5/2020 09:50 | I think its hard to quantify chairman and directors and other large shareholders will def want more than 5p as last placing was that amount, with the company having the chondromimetic on the market globally, its proven over more years than other methods cheaper, faster, less invasive no brainer that this will be take a healthy market share for knee surgery/complaints. Id say 8p-15p on reflection. Although thry may go large partner investment route, i think rosen will buy it as its their market and already involved. All imho | moontheloon
18/5/2020 18:19 | So how much is the business worth if a bid is received. Any idea? | plasybryn

22/4/2020 19:17 | And now rosen, my monies on them becoming new owners as they already have vested interest. Watch this space. | moontheloon
17/4/2020 16:12 | Thats 3 parties disclosing interest in the company whilst being party to an offer in the offer process. So potentially.. so far, 3 parties competing for collagen solutions. Which makes it interesting!FyiFORMS 8.3 AND 8.5Home > Investing | moontheloon
16/4/2020 10:57 | What we thinking non doldrums offer price taking into account new income streams due and market leading, low invasive, cheaper, medical outcome proven knee treatment? And to make big holders like evans happy? Which is what ultimately will happen.Im thinking 20p+ mark | moontheloon
16/4/2020 08:30 | Glad i got another 100k shares early yesterday in newly transferred sipp!. There was always going to be tight cash issue but for a bigger pharma to swallow up the rights for chondro as it approaches finalisation is absolute no brainer. Needs a partnership funding, or a sale as long as shareholders get good value I'm happy. Good luck all | moontheloon
16/4/2020 08:18 | Not one but number of parties interested, could see a bidding war..The Company confirms that, at the time of this announcement, it is in discussions with a number of parties regarding a potential sale of the Company. | zen12
