Thanks - I'll try and contact him. Cheers! EDIT: I've copied you in. PS - if there's anyone else left reading this board who wants a copy of the CCH accounts (2011 & 2012) send an email to goofy.stuff@ntlworld.com I've managed to convert the jpegs which I had previously posted to a dropbox into pdfs.

I agree..I got quite excited when I looked at the share price above. I talked to Scrutable on the IOF thread where he posts regularly. He was keen to see the cch accounts and start some shareholder pressure on the company to at least keep us informed. I emailed him the last two sets of accounts which I saved after you sent me them but unfortunately he had computer problems and did not get them. I then got hacked and my email content stolen, yahoo closed it down so I lost all my data and contacts !! You will find Scrutable as I said on IOF main thread and if he still has the same email it is edkal@sky.com I know he would be pleased to see the cch accounts and to hear from you, as he had a very large holding in cch.

I forgot about the reassignment of the ticker and when I clicked on this thread and saw some movement in the chart..... It's a bit like having gone through a bereavement and then thinking you saw your loved one coming in the door! The really frustrating thing is that we are still running as a business. Admittedly, not so well this last year, but there is money there and the shares, were we re-listed would be worth something. It's just the damned banks that won't sign off on the deal that has apparently been agreed by all. If they did that then the way would be clear to salvage the rest of the co. and make a go of it. Like so much in life, and in this investing game, we just have to wait and see. I know I asked you before, but did you get any response from Scrutable about his take on the accounts?

:0( we are swinging in the wind! at least soggy gets accounts sent to him but I agree it is depressing for a company that was doing so well it seemed.

Me too, and as I use ADVFN's portfolio I can't change it unless I have a valid ticker to change it to. Guess I just delete it, but it seems so depressing to acutally do what in fact I have already done mentally...write it off.

Well, the accounts have plopped onto my door mat today. Anyone else get them? Looks like there's really no change from the last set. We're still trying to get "the bank" to agree the deal. So, still got some money in the bank and still a going concern. Looks to me like Mr. Fosset has paid himself £100k for his services over the year. Oh, and earned £10k for the co. by lending to another finance co of which he's a director. I'm not one of those who actually reads accounts, so maybe someone else can tell us if there is good or bad news in the figs. I've scanned them into a pdf and put them on dropbox https://www.dropbox.com/s/hwi0409b4rsogxa/Oiax%20%28CCH%29%20accounts%202012.pdf If you can't access them there email me: goofy.stuff@ntlworld.com EDIT: It takes quite a bit for the pages to load on dropbox. Be patient. Or, just give up and email me....

Well I got the accounts sent to me last April, so perhaps they will do the same again this year. Despite the reality of the situation, I'm actually quite hopeful that one day we might get something back out of this disaster. The co. is still making money, and they were trying to get that bank loan which would sink us completely re-negotiated...perhaps even declared unenforceable. And 2 years ago the shares were in fact worth about 30odd pence in terms of the cash and assets. But it is galling that there is no info and no way of getting any.

dstm--nothing to contribute then! Loverat I agree as some shareholders have received communications which appear to show the company is thriving. I tried to find Eren Nil on linkedin..I know he's there! Surely even if the co is now private they can't just ignore shareholders?

I think it's about time after 5 years that shareholders should have a proper update here. Not by phone to individuals but to ALL your shareholders. Are any directors available to provide one?

I searched for him and he's been posting recently on the Afren thread, so I've left a message for him there inviting him to come over here.

A good read so thanks again soggy. It seems to me as you say a glimmer of hope and plenty of money just sitting there--if they can get it released we may see a satisfactory conclusion. I will do some checking. Scrutable had a large holding here---I wonder if he knows anything?? are you out there scrutable?

Interesting that you received anything--nominee holders are left swinging in the wind! I would guess no one to account to now so they can pay what they like--to hell with their investors and yes I'm bitter!!

Received the Oiax Ltd report - I noticed that salaries for the 3 members of staff went up from 100k to 300k, what was the reason for this threefold increase ?

Here's the bad news...my OCD software just won't play ball today. Here's the good(ish) news, I've scanned the report in full but it's saved as jpegs. Sorry chaps! It should be visible to all by clicking on this link. (or cutting and pasting) https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B9BECddWdnEnVkxXWWFfSjRRcDJBdUJKNlNuZW9iUQ If it doesn't work I'll try again - never used google's "docs" facility so still trying to get it to act as a drop site. (I miss dropio!) The story is more or less told in full in Richard Fossett's report and especially in note 16 to the accounts (jpeg #25) Sorry it's not a doc file I could email you, but it should be legible. I'm away for a week from tomorrow - so I hope that someone will have got some kind of handle on the figs. - and maybe even concluded something nice! Happy EAster one and all - eat your weight in chocolate!

I am not qualified to pass comments on that regarding share value versus cash in the bank but I.m sure many on these boards could. If there is increasing cash in the bank and some form of activity what is preventing a realist so we can have the chance to sell up. It has never been fully explained why the co got into trouble in the middle east and ownership was suddenly passed to Erins brother for one pound! Suspension and a disappearing act followed and complete silence. No wonder Aim directors have a bad reputation! It would be very useful if you could post pages on here plus any contact details as I have got nowhere with my enquiries so again well done soggy.
