Nice to see that someone is keen to pay 0.35p above offer for 80k shares. All MMs seem to be buyers of the stock for the first time in a little while.

Looking at how the house builders have reacted since the budget news you would think someone might work out that our plots might be worth a little bit more than they were a few weeks ago!

Cur asset value 18p. Alot more in a year or two.

A give away at this price.

Things don't usually rise like this without a reason.

Wouldn't be surprised to see a cheeky bid come in from a property co or a hedgie looking for a quick turnaround. If so we could see a doubling from here at least, even before any announcement.

I have no idea, but is it possible that these were shorted on news of the fire?

MM's moving now with every reasonable size trade. Won't take much to get this back to 8p

Ivan,

Don't get me wrong, I never thought we'd be down at this price again!!

Well done with crossing everything, best stay like that for a while ;-)

It could, you're right. Still think this could double in a couple of days if the penny drops.

Doubt it, back up to 8-10p very quickly, probably by results time when the situation can be clarified in detail and brokers respond accordingly.

Looks like crossing everything worked!

So we can say market sentiment has driven the share price down so what technically is the true value.

I've always assumed that Peel have their own agenda. That's why I bought in here originally.

St. Modwen - they're only one eg of the operators that could exploit this situation & ( maybe ) be willing to pay a premium to the current decimated share price for that very privilege. point taken, though, it probably wouldn't interest Peel.

Strange order book today. Currently 226k v 187k at 4p? Seller to clear soon? Anyway added some at 4.15 with everything crossed that this is the bottom.

St.Modwen?! Peel Group is already a substantial shareholder here (over 29% in last AR) and their Chairman Jonson Cox was parachuted in for this very purpose, wasn't he? I doubt it was in their game plan to have St. Modwen muscling in on the action!

After reading everything there is to read I've come to the same conclusion.

On a 3-5year view you must be able to add 25% to the land value as planning agreements come through the pipeline and things actually get built.

All a bit odd really.
