Either somebody knows something or it is just normal volatility. Wait for the news, patience.

Patience, the buzzers will have to cough up some information in the end. There is always the AGM.

It is quite ridiculous that we have not had the situation clarified, as much as I feel positive that there is much upside from here I'm relying on total guesswork for my assumptions.

Also, I expect them to increase their holding here, now they can. I assume they can?

Peel are starting to get their finger out with the land, now they know where the profits will go.

Very near where I live, starting the process for 200 homes. Land is locked by CR , and probably the start of unlocking a whole area of land for development. The initial plans have been around a while, and now its time to implement.

There is more to this land than Yorkshire, and Peel are Lancashire based.

muckshifter.

I think the share price reflects the uncertainty. Quite happy to hold. They will have to say something since these are material facts that effect the share price

I feel that the possibility of near term bankruptcy of the coal company, despite it being somewhat distanced from CRES, will hold the company shares back.

There are lots of things we haven't had explained to us, such as, who owns the opencast division - the coal company presumably, in which case it will probably be sold by the deep mine people who no doubt control the mining company, to get cash to pay the miners wages for a few more weeks. But I don't think they'll get much for it as it is not making money.

Who owns the land that the collieries stand on? And who owns Harwood, both the mothballed pit and the HQ land?

Do CRES have any remaining liability for coal redundancies, subsidence claims etc.

Very little clear information released so far, imho.
Regards.

I want to see a nice big descriptive RNS relating to Coalfield Resources. So far we have really heard nothing from the new company.

No problem,

Don't know about massive, but you could put a decent case for it being double current price reasonably quickly....

Thanks for updating the charts IC.

There can't be any downside from here can there? Got to be a massive reward - is this a case of investors waiting to be spoon fed?

Convinced that downside here is limited, the mining side can't affect us negatively and market conditions have improved markedly since last update, might not result in higher asset prices yet but sentiment is more positive, will add more today should spread narrow a little.

Would like to see Directors buying, ahead of imminent next update.
