Isle of Man-based Crescent Hydropolis Resorts PLC said Wednesday that it plans to list on London's AIM.

Crescent Hydropolis Resorts PLC said it is a holding company for developing, through locally formed project management companies, a series of hotels to be built underwater.

The company plans to admit 70,000,000 Ordinary Shares of EUR 0.1c each. The expected admission date is Jun. 29, 2005.

The company's nominated broker and adviser is Nabarro Wells & Co..
