I commented a while ago that I could see this going down to 4p again at which level it would be a stonking buy.

it's no wind up.....so you and Jethro can quit with the paranoia :)

and as for a bounce, tomorrow or any other day...

won't happen until the mudder fluckers get off their collective derrieres and tell us what's happening and what they intend to do.

I've no idea.....but I would hazard a guess at:

-Acquiring planning permission on land and selling / JV's with the housebuilders/commercial propco's

-Developing the land themselves and generating rental revenues

-Assume some residual rental incomes already in place

I'm sure someone more qualified can answer, (maybe even the company itself!)but isn't that the general gist?

Pension Fund is stuffed but it's not your problem.

This must be a wind-up so i'll leave quietly now......

Adios.

From the FT, confirmation of what 'we' all know...

"However, Coalfield Resources said investors were not exposed to losses since it had little economic interest in the mines, which were controlled by an employee benefit trust including miners' pension funds. "Shareholders' money is in the property side [Harworth Estates]," it said. "This has no impact on the property business." The company added that it would have collapsed this year without the move."

Looking for a bounce tomorrow.

I think it would be perverse for the share price to rise on the back of this news....

Ivan

I reckon some punters might just read the headline, panic and sell.....so expect some downside this morning.

Restructuring completed just in time then, without it this would have finished it off. As it stands no economic effect on CRES.
