25/2/2013 19:48 | I've no idea.....but I would hazard a guess at: -Acquiring planning permission on land and selling / JV's with the housebuilders/commer -Developing the land themselves and generating rental revenues -Assume some residual rental incomes already in place I'm sure someone more qualified can answer, (maybe even the company itself!)but isn't that the general gist?
