When the share issue was declared the stock rose to levels not much more than these, then fell back sub 3p. The premium in reality had no effect, and with over 1bln shares in issue, this stock still has a very long way to go. They are gradually ticking boxes, but the premium paid doesn't guarantee a rise in SP, as recent history shows. Company still needs to perform and bring value. GL All.
