20/1/2010 23:28 | Management buyout or just signs of an upturn in their markets?two recent directors buying, one the FD for about £9k and another from a non ex for about £5k. I have to warn that IMHO this is high risk for any new Investors since the Company have complained abot the lack of interest in their shares and talked about delisting which would send the shares into a nose dive. regards | rainmaker
20/1/2010 15:28 | chris, there must be something decent coming in the update due in feb considering those purchases went through just before the closed period | empirestate
19/1/2010 12:21 | up 11%, wonder if we will get another director purchase..?? | chrisdgb
19/1/2010 08:28 | stock moving higher now...no stock....30- just gone through at 30p....something is about to happen?? mm's will struggle to keep the lid on this. | chrisdgb
18/1/2010 13:54 | another director purchase, paying 30p for stock now......I am confused....?? | chrisdgb
13/1/2010 16:48 | Interesting director purchase today.....does that suggest no news is imminent??? | chrisdgb
11/12/2009 08:44 | as mentioned in earlier threads let us hope they do a tender offer at 40p... | chrisdgb
30/11/2009 09:59 | The company didn't say much but I e mailed them and it sounds like they are only in the very early stages of a strategic review. Hopefully the share price reaction to their comments has said everything and they will do all they can to realise 'shareholder value'. I may be wrong but on recovery/asset grounds this should be trading around 40p.. | chrisdgb
24/11/2009 14:09 | anyone got the current list of shareholders plse | empirestate
24/11/2009 11:59 | Would hold on with your buys then as sure there could be a knock on tomorrow after the news and you may well see a few shorts come to play. Hope it works out for you. | knowing
24/11/2009 11:54 | Let us hope so because this is clearly the low point in the cycle......... | chrisdgb
24/11/2009 11:49 | chris, one of the more recent examples i had the pleasure of being involved in was TSE Touchstone from 17p and reckon this could easily go the same way | empirestate
24/11/2009 11:08 | Well there is clearly value, I agree on the 40p mentioned earlier, it may just become a matched bargain private company.. | chrisdgb
24/11/2009 11:05 | balls of steel knowing. it is a very different situation to a delisting where there is relatively no value in a company or one that has little or no future. | empirestate
24/11/2009 10:15 | empire that would scare me as there is also the potential to lose everything if no offer is made. Good luck to you. | knowing
24/11/2009 09:40 | Alongside this situation, your Board currently sees little benefit in retaining a listing of the Company's shares. The Board is seeking appropriate advice on the matter with the intention of releasing an update in due course. knowing, the above appears pretty clear of what the intention is. i have been in a few of these situations before whereby have been happy to buy listed shares in companies whereby the share price significantly undervalues the business and there is a delist on the cards and an offer or option is given to existing holders. am happy to hold existing and increase my holding for a deal. | empirestate
24/11/2009 09:23 | empire why do you feel there would be a delisting? This company has poor management and need to be taken over. Delisting would put the company back into the hands of the Directors who took it public and have not performed. | knowing
24/11/2009 09:06 | Yes the share reaction this morning is disappointing but looking at the balance sheet still very strong and trading is improving.... I hope someone like Katie Potts at Herald, who have a decent holding, get the full value extracted... Maybe flush a takeover/bidder out???? We certainly should get proactive.... | chrisdgb
24/11/2009 09:06 | as soon as this flat lines i will be increasing my position on the back of a potential delisting with either share buy backs in the offing or the deal for shareholders being a reasonable value considering the share price is at a significant discount to NAV | empirestate
24/11/2009 08:11 | didn't look too bad, now looking at a delisting i think they would have to look at offering shareholders atleast 40p+ | empirestate
23/11/2009 08:35 | Yes should be an interesting week, commercial property beginning to recover so maybe they can sell some of the buildings.... Will be looking for progress on the margins, underlying demand should have recovered strongly.. | chrisdgb
18/11/2009 21:57 | stats next week should be interesting, hope we see some interest sparked | empirestate
09/11/2009 10:59 | the good thing is is that margins are being maintained through the reduction in cost base whilst there is reduced revenues. a hint of stabilising revenues or a slight pick up should encourage an improvement in the share price | empirestate
09/11/2009 09:04 | I expect the price and volume to build as we go into the results, I am hoping this is a little nugget... | chrisdgb
29/10/2009 15:38 | chris sincerely hope so, as have a couple of pals in here too | empirestate |
